Magnificent 3-room Apartment of 60m2, completely renovated in 2013, furnished and decorated with care, for 3 people comfort or 4 people (trundle bed). Located on the ground floor of a family house in the charming village of Evolène.
5 minutes from cross-country ski trails in winter. It enjoys a beautiful view of the bottom of the valley, the Dent-Blanche and the Veisivis.
Description: Entry into a beautiful living space with living room, dining area and equipped open kitchen, exit to terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (160/200). 1 bedroom with two nested beds (80/190). Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Cable TV-radio. Wifi. Private terrace corner with table and chairs. Small private garden. No parking space. Public parking about 50m away (in summer only possibility of driving down to the apartment to unload).
Non-smoking apartment. Pets allowed upon request
Bed linens and towels included in the checkout cleaning.
