For families, we provide an assortment of books, games, as well as, essential baby items such as a pack-n-play, booster seat, and plastic dishware. Please note, while we strive to ensure a family-friendly environment, the cabin is not entirely child-proof, particularly around the spiral staircase.

If you're joining us for a special occasion, please let us know. We offer different options to make your stay special.

For your convenience, we offer ample parking space for up to 3 cars. While multiple cars are allowed, please be aware that fitting an RV into the space may be challenging. The road leading to the cabin is a typical mountain drive, and some roads are steep, so having a 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly recommended as conditions can vary from season to season.

Cabin was beautiful and in a great location. The host was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The cabin had a lot of great amenities and one of my favorites was the privacy curtains on the porch so you could relax in the hot tub in peace. Will definitely stay at this cabin again

This was the perfect trip! We stayed 3 nights. Check in was super easy, cabin very clean and I loved all the different lights we could turn on! We saw the neighborhood bear and a couple of her cubs 2 days in a row. Whether soaking in the bathtub, relaxing in the hot tub, or reading in the hammock, it was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! The cabin was located perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Had everything we needed to cook at cabin and the game room was so fun! We will definitely be back with our children next time! Already planning to come back here! Perfect time!

Cozy cabin with a great location.

If your looking for peace and quiet but close enough to major locations then this is the place for you. My children loved the loft. They slept comfortably and had plenty of games to keep them entertained while dad and I enjoyed peace and quiet in the hot tub with the Mountain View. The cabin is fully stocked with the essentials. The host is great with communication. I highly recommend this cabin. Five stars!!

Sevierville cabin

The overall stay at the home was good. A couple of important questions when choosing a stay for your family can be very key. The dryer was not functioning and when your vacation includes skiing and making smores with the grill fire this can be a big deal. The host did try and compensate for it, but there's really no price tag for the inconvenience. The air hockey table did not have the correct puck, so the game was pretty much useless. That is something that $15 from Walmart, could've made a difference for the kids. We chose this cabin over others for these amenities that weren't functioning so make sure and ask before booking. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable for a family of 6.

Fun place!

Super cute little cabin perfect for a weekend away. Everything was clean and functional (except the fireplace which we never got working but Andrew tried very hard for us the couple days we were there). Quick communication too!

The Colibri is a well-maintained, charming cabin with plenty of space for the kids to roam free. It can also be a very romantic spot for a getaway with a hot tub, Jacuzzi, and private master bedroom. The seclusion in the tall pines and mountain views add to the allure of the cabin. Our family has always loved coming to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and enjoyed the outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and walking down the main street during Christmas time with all the lights hung up!
