Beautiful fisherman's house from 1774 on Schwielowsee, with exclusive furnishings

Ferch on the banks of the Schwielowsees is an attractive recreation area with lido, boat rental and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Potsdam is around 15 km away and Berlin-Mitte is around 45 km away. Both cities are easily accessible by car via the attractive lake bypass or via the motorway, on which Ferch has its own exit on the Südring A10. Ferch is a popular holiday destination for cyclists and hikers, with cycle paths around Lake Schwielow and Templiner See, as well as the Europa Cycle Path and the forests and lakes stretched out for hikers.

Our fisherman's house was renovated in coordination with the monument protection in 2015/2016 and supplemented by a generous extension. It lies on a romantic plot of approx. 600 m2, approx. 50 m from the Schwielowsee. The fisherman's house has two spacious terraces and its own parking space and is completely accessible inside and out.

It is equipped exclusively and of high quality and has u. A. via internet-compatible television in the living room and bedroom, as well as free WiFi. It is also comfortable with underfloor heating and in the bedroom with additional wall heating. For the sake of the environment, we have installed - invisibly - a photovoltaic system including a large battery pack on top of the extension, which covers a large part of the electricity consumption of the house.

The modern and high-quality kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven and is fully equipped.

The lovingly renovated historic building, in combination with excellent facilities and a romantic plot with several outdoor terraces, creates a warm and extraordinary holiday feeling. We hope that our guests experience this and look forward to your feedback.
