On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a separate toilet, and sinks. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stovetop. Laundry room nearby. Living room, lounge area with TV and TNT, access to the outside, and a balcony. Spiral staircase to the upper floor, a mezzanine bedroom (which can be closed off) sleeps 140cm. Three bedrooms with a cot and amenities, two 90cm beds, and one 140cm bed. Bathroom and toilet. 7 acres of land. Heating included except from September 15th to May 30th. Pets are not allowed in this cottage.
