Features 1 King Bed and one sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4), a private balcony, LCD TVs, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, a kitchen table. With upscale furnishings and decor including granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom giving it has a modern touch. This condo has breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area. This condo will comfortably sleep up to 4. Tastefully decorated to give you the flair of the beach and allow you the enjoyment of the ocean view from your balcony. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, for additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This 11th-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a bar table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi.

Meridian Plaza is located in central Myrtle Beach, within walking distance to many of the attractions! It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
