We stayed here for a week. The place was very clean, the checking process was so easy and hassle free. It is very close to all the action. The pool area is so clean and wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was amazing. The only thing I would change would be better pots and pans to cook with.

The photos seemed a bit out dated. While everything appeared as in the photos the sofa and linens showed wear. The AC did not work, but the host had this resolved within a few days. Overall good stay for the cost. Can’t beat the location though. Just far enough away from the busy area, but still close enough to walk.

Beach view was good. Overall cleanliss was decent but Couch was filthy. So much so, we had to lay a blanket on it to feel comfotable to sit on it. Area in ceiling where ceiling tiles were in seriously in disrepair. But overall it was a cute place.

Good stay

Overall great stay, they are working on the pier and they start at like 8am... no sleeping in. Could use a new bed that one is past its prime, need more silverware even with only 2 people it was a little tough.

Family Reunion

We went to MB to reconnect with family. Our condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. We were close to so many things that we could walk or drive. Definitely will book again.

Graduation trip

We had a great time at the Meridian Plaza. The room was clean. The management staff was very easy to get in touch with. I did like not having to keep up with keys! The key-less entry was great. Look forward to the next stay!

Welcome to the ghetto

Let me start off by saying the good news. Condo was clean and quiet. Now the rest. Can't turn the AC below 68. If you like sleeping with the lights on then the bedroom is for you. Window has no dark out curtains, lights come straight in. I had to hang clothes and towels over the blinds to try and get some peace. The bed is an old school rail bed on wheels. If you don't move you're fine, if you move get used to noise. The rules of this place are two pages long. Fart, get charged. Leave any garbage, charged. TV remote not set just right, charged. You get the idea. Check in process bring a notepad and pen for the codes. Code for this, code for that. Pool stinks. Now if you don't step foot off the property, you are ok. Step off the property and if you want to walk anywhere, be prepared. Bums, hookers, Piggly Wiggly, delapitated buildings, garbage etc. Place is a complete dump. Now if you want to drive inland, no problem. Don't walk anywhere. I booked four nights an check out after the second night. I would have left after night one but had to wait for another place to open up.

Hi Michael,Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that found the condo clean and quiet. I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We'll review the AC settings and consider adding blackout curtains to improve the sleeping environment.I understand that the guidelines can be overwhelming, and I appreciate your honesty regarding the check-in process. Your comments about the remote, bed, and pool area will be shared with the team improvements. I’m sorry to hear that the location did not meet your expectations, and I truly regret that your experience led you to check out early. We value your input as it helps us enhance the overall guest experience. Best,Julie

Worst check in ever! Took one and one half hours to verify my identity. After sending photos of lisence, myself, and my credit card. The host was not available to pick up phone calls, from myself or VRBO office.

The place was clean and the bathroom looks newly remodeled. The location was ideal. However, The living room sofa was disrespectfully dirty and the ceiling had openings in the panels. If those 2 issues are rectified we would stay here again. Parking was ideal and convenient

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ***BIG FISH RENTALS***

BIG FISH Rentals is to blame not VRBO for my bad experience.. I notified them about a couple of issues with the condo and nothing was fixed. The main problem being the oven didn't work. I bought food to cook in the condo and ended up having to throw it out. Then I had to eat out spending much more then I budgeted for food. I contacted the property management company early in the week and it never got fixed. Also the manager refused to communicate by phone which was incredibly frustrating. Only text or email. In the end I requested compensation for having to throw out food and eat out. They denied any compensation saying I should have notified them earlier in the week, WHICH I DID. I called VRBO about the problem and Big Fish Rentals lied to them saying they fixed the oven. When I finally spoke to an assistant at Big Fish they still denied compensation and told me they didn't care about negative reviews because they already had my money. I strongly recommend not to rent from any rental hosted by JULIE. This is BIG FISH RENTALS and I never spoke to any Julie.
