Fantastic property

Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. The property was exactly as listed, the owner was easily accessible, had detailed instructions and he was responsive to my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the entire property was well maintained and the checkin process was simple.

Amazing and relaxing of weekend

This place was just what we needed for a long weekend away. It is so peaceful here. The pool and house are pristine. Short drive to beautiful beaches where parking is minimal costs. House has all the amenities you could want, bikes, floats, pool towels and coolers. We can’t wait to come back for another perfect getaway.

A special home on a fantastic island

This was one of our families most memorable VRBO experiences. We’ve stayed in a number of wonderful spots both here in the US and also in Europe, but this home and the host made this house truly special. The home was very clean, and well appointed. We woke up one morning to dolphins feeding off of the private dock! The host was also very communicative and extremely helpful with the house and surrounding areas. I would suggest this spot to anyone who is looking for a special home in a beautiful corner of the world.

Amazing long weekend!

We stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. House was clean and comfortable. Every detail thought of. We docked a boat for the weekend. Pool heated. Awesome and wonderful! Will stay here again!

Spring Training Retreat

This location was a nice quiet area on the north side of the island. We went to spring training which was 50 minutes from the home. (airport too.) The house had an enjoyable outside living space and was comfortable inside as well. It would be great if there was an iron added to the property. We would return to this rental. Thank you for a great stay.

Our new favorite place to stay in Marco Island!

This house is in a fantastic neighborhood! It’s a 2 bedroom, but the bedrooms are large. We were able to put a blowup mattress in the 2nd bedroom floor easily (our kids don’t like to share). The entire property was immaculate; one of the cleanest VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. Easy check-in, communicative owner. Beach cruiser bikes and boogie boards in the garage. We will stay here from now on when we visit Marco Island if it’s available.

This house was INCREDIBLE!!! This was our first time coming to Marco Island and this place was everything we could have asked for, clean, well maintained, perfect location, beautiful surroundings just everything was how we imagined! Convenient and Beautiful

Beautiful home, well furnished and well located for all your needs. Host is SUPER responsive and accommodating! Kitchen has the necessities. Rent or bring a boat (we did) for some fun fishing adventures. House was very clean, instructions clear. Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Pool was perfect and much needed for our stay. Highly recommend the house and the host! Can't say enough about how positive the host was with his communication!

Beautiful remolded home ! We enjoyed the house very much making our stay in Marco fantastic. We felt right at home enjoying the docks and pool. Loved the location making it easy to explore the island. The home owner was very responsive and kind, we will certainly stay at the house again!

Fantastic!

We just left and this property is fantastic! They owners were very communicative and great to deal with. We dealt with some remnants of hurricane Helene and they were so responsive and helpful. We loved staying there and would absolutely come back! The pool was great and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking on Marco Island!

Perfect place for our family vacation!

The property was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Great location and well maintained home. Dave was extremely communicative/responsive, and even dropped off some supplies that hadn't been there at check-in and would have been reasonable for us to purchase on our own during a grocery run. Highly recommend this rental. Most of the local rental inventory is much larger houses, so we were glad to find such a nice 2 bedroom rather than having to pay for a larger place we wouldn't utilize!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. After booking this property, the owner contacted us the next day to introduce himself and answer any questions and contacted me again before our stay. It was very clean and everything we needed was avaliable. We enjoyed the pool. Our visit to Marco Island was great! Such a Beautiful Island! We are already talking about going back soon and recommended this property to family members to stay. We liked how the stores, restaurants and beaches were close to the house.

Great vacation

House was a perfect size,with the patio doors that opened all the way up the house felt significantly larger. The canal was so nice, we saw 2 dolphins one morning. The house was very clean. Beds were clean and freshly laundered without having a over powering fragrance. We would love to come back!

Beautiful stay on Marco Island

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family of four. We stayed mid-March and were able to use the pool everyday, because it gets the afternoon sun. We saw dolphins and plenty of waterfowl right off the dock. About a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This is a smaller house on Marco Island that we enjoyed with our teenage son. Marco Island is not huge, so restaurants are pretty close by. When we visited in October, it seemed like nearly all the nearby houses were vacant so it was really quiet at night. There were bikes provided and that turned out to be a real treat as you can bike through the various nearby neighborhoods. The pool area is very relaxing, with views of the canal and the tropical landscaping. The property manager was attentive but we had no needs or issues. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family of three and exactly what we were looking for. The location was quiet, the house was nicely appointed, and the patio/pool area was perfect. The home was very clean and had the kitchen items you would expect and need. Also had a nice grill and all the supplies necessary. We would definitely stay here again for future trips.
