You’ll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable furnishings designed to encourage great sleep every night of your stay. The primary bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, a Smart HDTV, a small sitting area, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio, so you can easily sneak out to the pool area at any time. This room also has a large bathroom with a Roman-style bathroom décor, a large tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. You will find a single bed in this room if you need it for someone in your party. There is desk and office chairs to accommodate those who want to combine work and fun. The primary bedroom with an oversized bathroom is tacked away from the other bedroom and a genuine adult or family paradise; it offers privacy and tranquility.

Make your way into the second bedroom, where you’ll find a queen-sized bed, tv and a closet.

The third bedroom is perfect for anyone who loves video games as it features a new Play Station 4, a queen bed, a reading chair, and a bookshelf with various books.
Both bedrooms are away from the main living room area and are next to each other.

Finally, the 4th bedroom is off to the kitchen and features a king bed, reading chair, Smart HDTV, and dresser for your belongings. It can host another couple who want their own small retreat and privacy.

A second full bathroom caters to the common areas and three bedrooms. The bathroom has a great walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Need to keep your clothes clean? You’ll find a washer and dryer in the house so you can keep your clothes fresh for the entirety of your stay. Want to dry swim suite, find a small drying rack to dry your swim suites and towels.

As you step into the home, a beautiful sitting area awaits you. Outfitted with modern sofas, comfortable chairs and small tables, and a Smart TV, it offers plenty of seating. This is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy quality time with your whole family after a long day.

If you can’t agree on what to watch on the TV, you’ll find a total of 4 smart TVs in the house. Connect to the high-speed wifi and enjoy endless streaming.

Make delicious meals in the elegant kitchen, equipped with all the stainless-steel appliances, dishes, and all the cookware you’ll need during your stay. There are many extras not included in most homes, such as a rice maker, pancake maker, air fryer, coffee grinder, etc. /You’ll love the amount of cabinet and counter space, making it easy to store all your groceries.

The modern dining area offers a bright and relaxing place to tuck into your meal. There are six seats located around the table and a bar area with wine glasses, margarita glasses, and even glasses for your favorite brandy.

This beautiful vacation home is nicknamed Marco Island Hideaway for a reason! Step out onto one of the large patios, open awning, and large umbrella, and enjoy poolside lounging on hot, sunny days. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool before relaxing on the outdoor furniture and enjoying quality time with your whole group. Outside the lanai, the backyard continues with a gorgeous gazebo with plenty of seating. Next to the gazebo are a few more chairs and even a hammock. And let's not forget the hot tub, which is excellent in the colder winter months. The pool is heated all winter long. The kids and adults will love all the pool toys available!

After you’ve worked up an appetite, grill some burgers on the BBQ and enjoy them around the outdoor dining table. You’ll never get tired of this stunning outdoor living area. Night accent lighting means you can enjoy this space well into the evening.

The house is located in a residential community, yet only a 5-minute drive to the public Marco beach access. You can enjoy the numerous restaurants and shops only a short distance away. This stylish home has everything the whole family needs for a great vacation.

Ready to head to the beach, watch dolphins, swim with flying fish, and see turtles? Take a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, small beach table, and cooler for drinks with you. You will find everything you need to have a perfect day at the beach in the laundry room.

-Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation. There are NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house or in the pool area.

-Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance - 45 dBA during the hours between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. with

Pool:
Our pool is fully enclosed with a safety gate for your peace of mind. The depth ranges from 3 to 7 feet, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. We maintain the pool temperature between a comfortable 87-90°F, utilizing an electric heatier to ensure an enjoyable swim year-round.

Cameras:
We have a Ring Doorbell and driveway cameras that actively record both audio and video. Additionally, the house is equipped with a decibel monitor that measures noise levels but does not record audio. Please note that there are no cameras inside the house.
