This unique place, designed by passionate winegrowers who love their terroir, combines contemporary design, unspoiled nature, and an intimate atmosphere. XO is an invitation to disconnect, between the sea and the marshes.

Just 50 meters from the beach and 500 meters from restaurants , 5 minutes from cycle paths, this luxury villa can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in an atmosphere combining sea and land.

The house is surrounded by a dune garden, with sandy soil, bordered by umbrella pines: a truly natural, wild and peaceful setting.

The house offers a rare and precious double exposure: sea view (Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix) on one side, view of the marshes on the other. A natural spectacle in constant evolution, from sunrise to sunset.

The jacuzzi is maintained by a pool technician who comes once a week for your comfort.

Linen: For your comfort, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is provided.

Parties are not allowed. Hen/stag parties are not allowed.

The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from January 1, 2024. It is based on the actual regime of an amount of 3.30 euros per night and per adult. The amount of the security deposit is 2000 € + a certificate of civil liability insurance will also be requested. The cleaning fee is 250 € and it is mandatory.
