Exclusive apartment (completed December 2015) - with luxury amenities in top location of Rottach-Egern (95sqm and 500sqm garden), on the Tegernsee with 2 bedrooms, suitable for max. 4 people.

Look forward to a holiday home with exclusive Upper Bavarian charm. It is about 60 square meters or 90 square meters of living space available, a very nice balcony with south facing (about 12 square meters) and overlooking the Wallberg available.

Alternatively, you have in the 3 Zi Suite on a terrace of about 100 square meters and a view of the Ringberg.

Both suites are modern with Upper Bavarian charm using recycled wood finishes.
