Spacious apartment with balcony and elevator with mountain views

The apartment is located in a newly built house (with elevator) in the 2nd Floor overlooking the Alps. Everything is built barrier-free, so that also guests with a slight disability get along well (but not suitable for Rullstuhlfahrer). The place is located between Lake Starnberg and Ammersee. Also public with S-Bahn, regional train and bus (bus stop
opposite the street) Machtlfing is easily accessible. Our area (5 lakes) is well visited by hikers and cyclists.
Nordic walking routes are signposted.
The apartment is equipped with high quality TV, WiFi, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is integrated in the 40 mÂČ large living room. The apartment itself has 94 mÂČ. They are high rooms with bevels. The underfloor heating ensures balanced heat everywhere. A ventilation system ensures constant temperatures in winter and summer.

The house has a Wasserentkalkungsanlage installed, which provides soft water, which is also felt when showering and bathing. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower without barrier as well as a large sink, mirror and toilet. The second. Badraum has a 2. WC, large sink with mirror and a washing machine with clothes dryer.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, extra sink, microwave, egg cooker, filter coffee machine and
Water heater. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils that make self-catering possible.
The apartment has a parking space in the yard.
The 6-meter-long balcony faces south-east, so that the morning sun invites you to have breakfast on the balcony.
In the area there are many attractions. Munich is also within easy reach in 30 - 40 minutes. In summer, the nearby lakes invite you to go swimming or sailing.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfectly located for day trips in the region and into Munich. The host met us as we pulled into the parking lot. The apartment had coffee and other essentials. There was even a jar of home made jelly waiting for us. The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults. We would definitely recommend staying here.

What a find...picture perfect place!

I can only second all the other positive reviews - this spacious apartment is truly wonderful, conveniently located between Tutzing and Herrsching in a tiny Bavarian village. I have never stayed at a cleaner VRBO; the owners thought of everything to make the apartment and our stay special. They also provided helpful additional information on the area, were super easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. Based on other reviews, we decided to rent a car but also made use of the 9 Euro Ticket and commuted by bus and train into Munich on a regular basis (bus stop in front of the house). It was very nice not having to deal with traffic and parking in Munich!! All in all - a great stay in a scenic area and in a fantastic apartment. We hope to return soon.

Wunderbar! - Great place, Great space, Very welcoming

My family very much enjoyed our week in Machtlfing. The village is very easy to get to with a car and is in the heart of a farming community - so expect to hear cows and tractors! - but otherwise it is tranquil and beautiful setting. Bus stops are just outside the house so it would probably be easy to explore by bus and link to trains to travel around the area by public transport. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and modern in layout and fittings and provided ideal accommodation for our family of four. Our stay was during the heat-wave so air conditioning (which we expected from the property listing but was absent) would have improved our comfort, though Maria quickly provided fans to give some cooling of the rooms. The overhang design of the apartment roof and window blinds also provide some shade. Parking in the yard was straightforward and access to the apartment always easy with roomy stairs and a lift. The balcony was a lovely place to relax in the evening and also useful to dry laundry. With a car we found it easy to travel northwards to Munich and southwards into the Alps, as well as short visits to the beautiful lakes and villages within easy reach of the property. Andechs Monastery and Beer garden were a lovely place to visit in the evening. Food shopping was no problem with plenty of choice in Lidl in Tutzing and supermarkets and a variety of shops in more distant towns. Marie provided a warm welcome and farewell and showed a genuine interest and care in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. For us it added up to the perfect holiday property providing a chance to explore an area during the day and evening and all you need 'at home' to relax and refresh overnight.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben mit fĂŒnf Personen fĂŒnf NĂ€chte in der Wohnung verbracht. Es ist toll ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die KĂŒche hat alles was eine Familie benötigt, Herd mit Backofen, KĂŒhlschrank mit GefrierfĂ€chern, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw. Ferner ist auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hygienisch und sauber. Maria, die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich. Wir habe tolle fĂŒnf Tage verbracht und sind zu unseren TagesausflĂŒgen nach MĂŒnchen und in die Alpen von hier gestartet. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der TĂŒr. Wir haben dennoch unser Auto genutzt, hierfĂŒr steht ein zur Wihnung gehöriger Stellplatz zur VerfĂŒgung. Danke an Maria fĂŒr die Asuflugtipps.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben zu viert 2 tolle Wochen verbracht. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und hilfsbereit und haben eine tolle Fewo eingerichtet. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Machtlfing selbst ist ein ruhiger, beschaulicher Ort. Man ist mit Bus oder PKW schnell in den umliegenden Orten. Super ist die vor der HaustĂŒr gelegene Bushaltestelle. Bus fĂ€hrt stĂŒndlich.Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder buchen!

Wir waren als Familie in der Unterkunft, wollten das Umland erkunden und gemĂŒtliche Abende verbringen.Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfĂŒllt.Von der Unterkunft aus waren Ammer- und Starnberger See, sowie MĂŒnchen mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.Weitere Ziele halt mit dem Auto, das brauchte man auch fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs, aber alles im Nachbarort vorhanden.Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Herzblut her- und eingerichtet worden - da fehlt es wirklich an nichts.Wir fahren seit ĂŒber 20 Jahren in Ferienwohnungen, haben es aber noch nie erlebt, dass wir unsere "Urlaubsausstattung" nicht benötigt haben.Zusammenfassend ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unterschiedlichen AktivitĂ€tsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr alle Altersklassen in der Umgebung und eine sehr schöne, saubere und gerĂ€umige Unterkunft.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt !Vielen Dank an die sehr angenehmen Vermieter und viele GrĂŒĂŸe aus Niedersachsen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefĂŒhlt. In der Ferienwohnung gab es alles, was eine Familie fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von hier aus konnten wir unsere AusflĂŒge (MĂŒnchen, Zugspitze, Neuschwanstein, ...) gut starten. Ab Tutzing sind wir auch mit der Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Das machte die AusflĂŒge noch entspannter. Auch das Kloster in Andechs und die dazugehörige Brauerei waren einen Besuch wert. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder herkommen, denn wir haben lange noch nicht alles gesehen :)

Schöner Urlaub in Machtlfing

Der Urlaub in Machtlfing hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, sauber und aufgerÀumt. Die Ausstattung war super, aber einen Smart-TV gab es leider nicht. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, allerdings ist man meist auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Sie ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Absolute Empfehlung! Ein guter Startpunkt, wenn man die Gegend insgesamt erkunden will: mit dem Auto bis Herrsching(Ammersee) oder Tutzing (Starnbergersee), dann in die Bahn, um nach MĂŒnchen oder zu den Bergen zu kommen.

Un accueil chaleureux pour un appartement trÚs agréable.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette belle région des 5 lacs. Pas trop loin de Munich, pour visiter et faire des musées, et en campagne pour faire des balades, ou profiter des lacs, cet appartement est bien situé. Il est trÚs confortable et trÚs bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol est la connexion internet qui a fonctionné de facon aléatoire pendant tout le séjour. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par des hÎtes sympathiques et a l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce logement!

Schönes Feriendomizil kurz vor Andechs

Wir können nur Wiederholen was die GĂ€ste vor uns bewertet haben, es passt alles, die Wohnung ist perfekt, Sauber, leise, gut eingerichtet, durch das entkalkte Wasser schmeckte der Kaffee bzw. der Tee noch besser, und der Fahrstuhl einfach genial.... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, Hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr gute VorschlĂ€ge fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, aber dann lĂ€nger als eine Woche.
