Welcome to our VRBO rental. We cannot express how excited we are to have you. As your host, we take pride in your experience. Our property is ready for your stay with all the essentials to ensure you are comfortable.

Above all else, have fun! Ft. Lauderdale has many things to offer. Our house is close to popular beaches, restaurants, clubs, etc. You won't miss the best of anything. Miami is also a half hour away and the airport is 10-15 min away.
If you need anything, don't be afraid to reach out. We are here for all of your needs.

KEY POINTS AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is private to the Master Bedroom. There are a total of 4 beds in the house.
Additionally the living room is equipped with a large 65 inch TV with full Wi-Fi access. The room with twin beds also has a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available and the information to access is given upon your arrival.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with many essential commonly found items like a coffee machine, cooking ware, microwave, etc.
A grill is available for use in the backyard and we do have family games to play.
Parking is available on the driveway only.

This is a smaller, older home with some nice updates. It is clean, everything works well and the beds are comfortable. The area around the property has many older homes with some new construction. It is an easy walk to ALDI, Walgreens etc.The landlord was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Super clean

Property was clean as a whistle. Host was extremely responsive. Furniture and beds and linens were all nice and clean.For info - there are no lamps, so only lighting is the overhead fixtures and ceiling fans. Also, there is no dishwasher. The neighborhood is a bit hit and miss with some older houses and some newer houses. Location is good, only about five minutes to federal, which has nice restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the beach.

We arrived late into Ft Lauderdale and did not get to the house until 1:30am. On the front door was a digital lock and we had the code. We put it in 3 different times and the door did not open. It locked us out and we waited for 30 minutes and tried it again. The locking system would not allow us to try again so I had to get a room at the Hampton in at 2:30am for 350. I came back at 7:00 am to try the door again and it was still in lock out mode. The owner read my text and called me and attempted to unlock it remotely but that failed also. They had a key box that they told me I could get a key from and that let me in. I did ask since the system locked me out for the rest of the night if I could get a refund for the first night since I had to rent a room at the Hampton. They refused and I will not be returning to that home again.

We are very sorry this happened to Michael. The initial check-in time for the house is clearly stated under the house rules along with our other policies. The guest showed up at 2:00 am the next day, hours from the initial check-in. There was no prior communication from him giving us a heads up that he would be arriving after midnight or to explain his situation. We provided him with a phone to call back but did not receive one. There was nothing we could do for him until a couple of hours later and granted him access to the house via a key we have in a lock box. When he tried the pin number we provided him, the system let him in. Michael was a great guest and we wish him safe travels in the future.

Once code received, we were able.to follow directions emailed to us. Place was clean and convenient and we were all generally satisfied. AC clicked on lower than needed and we had to call for the code to unlock it. The response was quick.Minor issues that are fixable:1. Front door unlocked itself twice while we were sitting in living room but was locked every time we returned to house. It made several other noises theoughout the day. Thinking battery low.2. Washer stops on its own before/during rinse cycle. Have to manually move dial to rinse/ spin for it to complete full cycle.3. Back door to outside washer/dryer has no door sweep to seal out bugs or air from coming in. Can see through gap. Found several bugs and ants in kitchen but it is florida... cant expect zero. 4. No drawer space in rooms for clothes that you wouldnt hang. Lived out of luggages on floor as there was no where to put them off the ground. Didnt feel comfortable leaving luggage open on the floor due to the bugs found. Luckily for only 3 days. However, i do the same in hotels for the same reason, if there isnt a luggage rack to rest it on.All in all it did fit our general needs, we are technically inclined, so we were ok.
