Earth:
Non smoking apartment for two persons and one more person (extra bed) with 49 sqm. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished according to the element of earth in high quality and has a living and sleeping area with double bed, a full kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine) with a cozy dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The Wohunng has a terrace. A garden with seating area with sun loungers, sandpit including toys and barbecue area are also available. Parking and lockable bike storage room on the property exists.

You can expect a newly built (2012) Architect house with four apartments. The house is located in a quiet location in Zinnowitz. The apartments are lovingly and großzüglig furnished in modern style. Lots of light and space, and a terrace or balcony make the apartments into your own personal place of rest. Each apartment is furnished according to one of the four elements - earth, water, air and fire.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Sauber, neu und bestens ausgestattet.

Wir haben in der Wohnung "Erde", im Februar 3 Nächte verbracht und waren begeistert. Die neue, geschmackvolle und qualitative Einrichtung der Wohnung überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage des Hauses mag für Urlauber, die mit dem Bademantel aus dem Haus, direkt an den Strand gehen möchten, nicht erste Wahl sein. Jeder mag sich auf der Landkarte anschauen, wo das Haus ist. Wir jedoch haben Freunde besucht, die 3 min zu Fuß entfernt wohnen und somit war die Lage für uns genial! Ein einziges Manko ist, dass das Objekt noch kein Internetzugang hat, was aber in der Hand der Gemeinde liegt nicht an den Eigentümern. Dies sollte sich aber ändern, wie man uns zu verstehen gab. Fazit: Tolle Wohnung! Für Zwei absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und unheimlich zuvorkommende und sympathische Vermieterin. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Grundstück und der Garten mit Grillplatz ist auch sehr gepflegt. TOP!!!
