Our holiday apartments, newly built in 2020, are bright, inviting, and comfortably furnished—ideal for a relaxing holiday on Usedom. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace for relaxing.
A parking space is located directly on the property, as is a cosy barbecue area for social evenings. Convenient storage space for bicycles is available in the courtyard.
The ground-floor holiday apartments are located in a quiet yet central area of Zinnowitz—just about a 15-minute walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The Zinnowitz train station is about a 5-minute walk away. Two supermarkets are located right nearby. The town centre, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is only about 700 metres away.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
