Constant smell of sewer gas
The condo was not easy to find. We found the gated entrance and did as instructed, telling the guard the unit we were staying in. He could not direct us where to go and there was no one to ask. I messaged the owner and heard back about a number to call but at that point we had been given the run around by the guard (nice guy) but the site is under construction without any directional signs of buildings or units.
The bigger problem though was on the second day the smell of sewer gas coming from the second bathroom was overwhelming! We kept the door closed and opened the window but it still crept through the entire condo! Leaving the doors to the patio just meant it wafted through the house. I messaged the owner and he sent people to clean but that wasn't the problem- it was sewage gas. The smell never left and he sent people to clean again but it didn't matter- we never used the second bathroom and my kids slept with shirts covering their noses because the smell was so awful! It ruined our stay.
The ice maker also didn't work and 2 out of 3 boogy boards were snapped in half (third had the bottom falling off but kind of worked) and only 1 of 4 key cards worked.
