This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex sleeps 8 with one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds. It features two private decks, a private hot tub on the back deck with incredible alpine views, an in-unit washer and dryer, attached one-car garage and a spacious open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. There are brand new wooden floors throughout the home and new kitchen countertops. The owner has provided a dart board and various board games for your enjoyment. This vacation rental is centrally located in Silverthorne, meaning you have easy access to nearby ski areas like Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Plus, there is a Summit Stage bus stop just steps from your front door making for a free and convenient way to get around all of Summit County if you would prefer not to drive!

Enter the property via the entrance attached to the front deck. This private deck offers outdoor seating and beautiful panoramic views. The entryway offers hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area is on the main level. It features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace, ample seating, and breathtaking mountain views plus great natural light from the large picture windows. The other private deck access is just off of this area and features a private hot tub, outdoor seating and additional incredible views in the other direction.

The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and tableware needed to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six across a dining table and a smaller expandable table. There is a half guest bathroom adjacent to this area as well. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The two guest bedrooms are located on the basement level. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and a gas fireplace. The second guest bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a closet. Additionally, there is another guest bathroom; which has an oversized soaking tub and a pedestal sink.

Upstairs on the loft level is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, two large closets and an en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom offers a single sink vanity, walk-in shower and updated finishes.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
