This is a wonderful home with a beautiful and spacious kitchen, open-concept main floor, and excellent bedroom spaces. We enjoyed a girls weekend getaway in the home and absolutely loved it. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, the deck was perfect for outdoor dining, and the kitchen was perfect for dining in.

House is gorgeous and located centrally to a ton of great Colorado sites. Main room runs a little hot in the summer but the owner is accommodating and responsive to requests and allows doors and windows to stay open cooling down the place. Overall a great place to stay

Thanks for the great review! Glad you enjoyed the quiet location near Frisco, loved the home, and found our communications helpful — you’re welcome back anytime.
The windows and doors in the primary bedroom did not open. In mid July, the ventilation in the primary bedroom was an issue. Also, the sink in the kitchen island was non-functional. There was also mold on the shower curtain in the guest bedroom. The window situation should be mentioned on the website.

Thanks for the 4‑star review. We’re sorry the primary bedroom windows and doors wouldn’t open and that ventilation was an issue in mid‑July—thank you for calling that out. We also appreciate you letting us know about the kitchen island sink and the mold on the guest shower curtain. I’ve shared your feedback with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can address the repairs and cleaning, and we’ll add a note on the listing about the window limitations. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to host you again and earn that 5th star.
