This place is very nice and close to everything on St John. Plus, you get a first class parking spot. We have been coming to St. John for over 10 years and will definitely be back. We love the people, the island and the world class beaches often overlooked by travel media. You will not be disappointed.

The beach view was amazing as promised. Communication with the property manager was super simple through text. The location of the property was spot on! We didn't rent a car and rarely took a taxi. Could walk anywhere.

Very clean room, extremely spacious patio with fantastic views of Cruz Bay. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that doesn’t have you walking up steep roads this is the place to stay. Very close to restaurants, taxis, ferry dock. A fantastic property. Our host Dan was amazing, extremely prompt with answering questions and even got us an early check in. This is our 3rd time vacationing on St John. We usually visit at least once a year, our nephew lives on the island. Let us know if you ever post special rates. Thanks again Dan.

After many stays at this delightful property, this one was just as great as all the rest! We will be returning as often as we can. Among the pleasant surprises were new furniture, a new king sized bed, new washer & dryer and a new fridge. On our arrival, the place was spotless! We will be back next year!! Communication with Dan is always easy with prompt responses.
