The apartment is located on the lower floor of a storey house in the Tudor style. This is the house on a mountain, a beautiful view of the surrounding nature, grassed banks around the Kölpinsee. The stop of the Usedom resort railway is about 400 meters away. Shops are located in the nearby campsite about 200 m, supermarket 1.5 km away. Bike path 50 m, restaurants and snack in the immediate vicinity.

In the living room there is a couch (extendable 140 x 200) with table, TV, radio with CD player, a spacious wardrobe and a dining table with 2 chairs. In hall area, a kitchenette with 2 rings, fridge is with Gefriefach. A large daylight bath with shower / toilet and hairdryer. A sitting area in the garden, next to the apartment invites you to linger. Parking is free on the premises. Utilities included. Bed linen can be brought, or a linen package for 10 EUR p. Person once can be booked.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
