Less expensive than a single room in a 3* hotel, LA CARET offers you a superb 4* T4 DUPLEX of 123 m², crossing and very well ventilated:
-3 air-conditioned bedrooms, Queen Size bed, private bathrooms, mosquito nets at all openings, 3 toilets
-A large veranda overlooking the living room and a very well equipped American kitchen (American fridge, premium appliances...)
The MARISOL Residence, prized for its architectural design, its ideal location in Bas Du Fort, swimming pool and beach.

It is a closed, secure and quiet residence. You will have:
- direct access by key to the infinity pool with a view of the Caribbean, its large and small bath...
- direct access by key to the beach (shaded by coconut trees) and its facilities (possibility of boat trips or Jet ski from there, etc.)
- a private parking space, (with the possibility of parking provided for your possible guests)

On holiday or for work, as a couple, with family or colleagues, you will also appreciate:
- the fact that the apartment has a television, fibre, WIFI...
- access to various restaurants on foot or 2 minutes by car

Guadeloupe has a real water problem. To compensate for frequent water cuts, and so that you are not impacted, "La CARET" is equipped with two buffer tanks (i.e. 600 litres of reserve), and flow reducers: nevertheless for the sake of solidarity and ecology, but also as a preventive measure, we invite you not to use water in an expensive way.

Our rates for 4 people (excluding what the platform charges you, and tourist tax, which varies from one platform to another) but includes what the platform and our concierge service charge us, etc.

- 120 euros per night from May to the end of June
- 130 euros per night in July and August
- 120 euros per night from September to December 18
- 180 euros per night from December 19 to January 4

Other remarks
The accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

A car park is allocated to his apartment. An additional unnumbered parking space may be used by residents with two vehicles.
· Swimming pool:
In order to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood. The co-owners are asked to avoid swimming after 9:00 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m. to leave the space free to the pool maintenance company.
Food on the pool deck as well as access to the pool by pets, even pets, is prohibited. No personal items must be stored there. The regulations related to the use of swimming pools written on the information boards located at each gate must be respected at all points.
Closing of the pool between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
For safety reasons, the gates must be closed again after each outing.
