The current owner made lots of recent upgrades and added the awesome pool in the back of the property. So conveniently located across from the Bay beaches - you are right, it gets busy during the weekend when locals come out. During the week - nice and peaceful usually. We will let the owner know that you think some better insulation between the floors would be a good addition. We would love to welcome you again!
