Spacious condo with a sense of privacy and security, yet in a prime location. Yacht and Tennis Club is a gated community located on acres of pristine waterfront. The community amenities have all been recently remodeled with heated waterfront pool and spa, a remodeled large fitness room with water view & sauna room. The newly remodeled clubhouse has barbecue grills, wet bar and room for private gatherings. Mike and I are from Pa and finally are purchasing a vacation home in our favorite area of Florida. Our new condo is a quick walk to many restaurants and shops and less than 10 min walk to our favorite beach - Sunset Beach Treasure Island. Corey Ave, St Pete beaches, Treasure Island, St John's Pass and St Petersburg are all a 5-10 min drive away. Mike works for a Community Foundation and I am now a realtor in Pa.
