This condo with elevator access has over 1,270 sq feet and completely updated kitchen and baths, tile floors, new carpeting in the bedrooms, all newer stainless steel appliances, and in unit full size washer & dryer. The open floor plan with kitchen views out to the dining, living room, and has an open balcony that overlooks marina & intercoastal waterway. Both main suite and guest bedroom are very large and have had closets upgraded by Closets by Design including walk in closet in main bedroom. 75 inch tv in living room and electric fireplace. Spacious condo with a sense of privacy and security, yet in a prime location. Yacht and Tennis Club is a gated community located on acres of pristine waterfront. The community amenities have all been recently remodeled with heated waterfront pool and spa, a remodeled large fitness room with water view & sauna room. The newly remodeled clubhouse has barbecue grills, wet bar and room for private gatherings. There is a billiard room, shuffleboard area and 7 HarTru tennis courts that are also used for pickleball, with a tennis pro on staff. All this within a short stroll to St. Pete Beach, Sunset Beach and multiple restaurants. Owner has plenty of references and plenty of VRBO reviews to share upon request. 90 day min and only available between mid April2025 to end of Oct 2025 (dates can be flexible).

The updated modern condo is a quick walk to many restaurants and shops and less than 10 min walk to our favorite beach - Sunset Beach Treasure Island. Corey Ave, St Pete beaches, Treasure Island, St John's Pass and St Petersburg are all a 5-10 min drive away. Our rental guests love this location and community and come back year after year (recommendations available). Hope to mee you soon!
