ROSE Vacances offers you this charming apartment, nestled on the 4th floor without a lift, with a superb view of Saint-Joseph Church. This accommodation, located in a quiet and central neighbourhood of Angers, offers you an ideal setting for a stay for two combining comfort and authenticity.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
