Nice condo, convenient location!

My husband and I stayed in the condo on trip for a friend’s wedding. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a great location-close to restaurants, etc…. The view from the back deck was great too-not a beach but more of a bay view. It was beautiful nonetheless. The only issue was the air conditioning not working well in the upstairs area.

Beautiful Condo

The condo itself is well appointed, has a great Sound view. It is easy walking to the Gulf side if you love the beach. There was one drawback for us. This condo is four flights up to the condo door. The description stated there is an elevator; there is not. It was hard getting our luggage up those stairs at our age..70's. This may not matter to others but I needed a pantry because we cook most of our meals. Not a big issue because we loved the coffee bar. In cold weather one might need blankets for the beds in addition to the light blanket on the beds. There were 2 throw blankets downstairs so we took them upstairs at night. Closet space was adequate. It was very nice having the washer/dryer set. If not for the lack of an elevator; we would book this condo again. Thank you for renting us this beautiful condo!!

A Quiet Gem

The location and views couldn't be better. Vacasa staff was available and responsive when we needed to contact them. The condo is well-appointed and spacious with a lot of storage. We felt it was a great value, too, and would definitely book again in the future.

Great Place to Stay

Second time in this unit. Everything is as pictured. The only thing that was disappointing this time was upon arrival, the washer/dryer were not in operation. This does not appear to be referenced in the listing, but after looking at other reviews of the property, I saw that someone else had referenced this (I had missed that earlier). Threw a little wrench in our week, as we had packed thinking the washer/dryer was in working order. Nothing else to be picky about. Unit is located in a quiet area. You are about a mile and half from the board walk, and the ocean is just across the street. Will stay here again!
