The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Covered parking was so nice we don’t have to get in a hot car from the sun. Rooms were all clean, the little snacks were great my teen daughters loved the snacks. Small walk to the beach with all of the beach gear but my girls were happy to walk down to sit on the beach for hours with snacks! We did not swim in the pool as we were at the beach for hours. We loved the fountain and hearing the ducks we made up names for them all. My girls and I had a nice relaxing time we would definitely come back

The condo was as described in listing. The view of the Sound is beautiful. And just a short walk across the street to ocean. We did have a few problems with the TV (as did the previous renter) but the host was available to help us with that which we appreciated. I think the living room furniture could use a little upgrade - not very comfortable. We enjoyed our time at Baywatch.

The condo was really nice and clean. Had everything we needed. I would say some blackout curtains would be beneficial in the bedrooms as the sun is really bright in the mornings. My husband and I love the beach. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to enjoy. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach and explore the ocean until the sun goes down. We also enjoy just getting away for a relaxing weekend listening to the sound of the ocean and watch boats sail by at sunset. We hope you have a fantastic time relaxing here.

Why they chose this property

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.

What makes this property unique

It's just a walk across the street to the gulf. It's also walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and just a few minutes from Margaritaville and Fort Pickens.
