With such an airy layout, you can definitely entertain the whole gang as some kick back in the living room for a movie, some show off their skills in the fully equipped kitchen, and some reminisce at the breakfast bar or dining table. Plus, there is no better place to watch the sun go down than the upper deck that looks out to the canal and sound beyond!

Dock details: This property has approximately 70 feet of dockage available to guests. There is also a 17K elevator boat lift available for a $200/month surcharge.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
