Enjoy all the best that the Big Island has to offer!! Our beautifully Hawaiian furnished home at the Waikoloa Beach Villas - a luxury gated community at the Waikoloa Beach Resort - is conveniently located across the street from the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. Our unit is in a prime location within the complex overlooking the 3rd fairway of The Beach golf course. There are 2 pool areas with palm trees, spas, and outdoor showers. There is a work-out room with fitness equipment overlooking one of the pool areas just steps away from our building.

Our lanai has a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a Viking gas grill, granite slab countertops, and a bar sink, which makes a great place to cook, have dinner, and relax with a gorgeous sunset view.

The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, includes a bar-seating area, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances are throughout. We have everything needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals. Enjoy freshly brewed Kona coffee in the morning and use the blender in the evening to make some of your favorite tropical drinks.

Wall mounted flat screen TVs with cable and premium channels offered in the living room and master bedroom. Free high-speed wireless internet access is provided.

The master bedroom has a plush cal-king bed with deluxe sheets for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also with deluxe sheets and Polynesian-style decor.

Within a short 10min. walk, you will find the famous crescent shaped Anaeho'omalu Beach (more easily referred to as A-Bay). Use the beach mats, folding chairs, ice cooler, and umbrella to have fun in the sand and sun. A large and medium-sized boogie boards are also available to surf the waves.

We have a private garage for your use along with additional parking spots located throughout the grounds.

Across the street, you will find the Queen's Marketplace with restaurants, such as the new Tommy Bahamas Marlin Bar, as well as galleries and boutiques. Island Gourmet is the premier grocery store, which has everything from a large deli to an extensive beer and wine selection. Just on the other side are the King's Shops.

We view this villa as our second home and try to provide extra amenities for our guests, so you can also feel right at home. In the event you have any additional needs, our unit is professionally managed and a local person can be easily reached to assist you quickly throughout your stay.

Amazing place to stay!

Ben’s condo at Waikoloa Beach Villas was a dream for our stay on the Big Island. Everything felt very luxurious and we had all that we needed for our weeklong stay. This well-kept, upscale condo was perfect for our trip to train for an upcoming triathlon. It is very near A-bay beach with easy-access parking, and lots of shops. The space is very clean, with all you need in the indoor and outdoor kitchen. Loved the 2-bedroom setup with a walk-in closet! The host made it easy to check in and actively communicated as needed.

Ben's Condo at the Waikoloa Beach Villa's was wonderful in every way! We found everything exactly as described and we wanted for nothing. Extremely comfortable bed and comfy couches. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware and paper products. We barbecued twice on the lanai, enjoying the bird sounds and gorgeous views as we ate. The garage contained plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. The resort pool is a few steps away, 10 minute walk or few minute drive to the A-Beach. Walking distance from the fabulous Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops for restaurants, and groceries/meals.Ben was the ideal concerned host, checking in to see we were settled and quickly responding to a question. We will most definitely be returning!!

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I stayed for one week at the condo, while I was on the Big Island for work, and our stay was fantastic. The location in the Waikoloa Beach Villas is perfectly located. It's in an intimate gated community, as soon as you enter the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Queen's Marketplace (shops and restaurants) is just a short walk from the property.Communications with the owner, Ben, were lightning fast and his detailed instructions made check-in a breeze. Best of all, each unit has a private garage.The unit is on the second floor of a three story building. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding and linen was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking stress free. We used the BBQ on several evenings and enjoyed dining on the lanai.There were an abundance of creature comforts including beach chairs, boards & toys. The internet was extremely fast and stable. While no one likes to do laundry when traveling, but when you have to, it's always nice to have a ensuite washer and dryer!We can highly recommend Ben's condo. We enjoyed it so much, we're planning our return trip!

1st time using VRBO

The rental unit was very nice, great location not on the water but overlooks a beautiful golf course. Close to shopping, beaches and dining. There were laminated cards all over the unit indicating what to do and not do which was helpful as there's a ton of rules some of them didn't match the management companies policy. We were unable to access the garage which contained many beach items we had looked forward to using during our stay, that was resolved on our last day. The lock on the front door was not working for the time we were there, owner notified, there was an oversight in the emails that we should have contacted the management company which affected us in the end. I would advise taking photos upon arrival and upon leaving rentals.

Awesome Condo!

The condo is Waikoloa was great. Everything was as described in the posting, and Ben the owner was very helpful and friendly. The lanai overlooks the golf course and the grill works great. The A/C works great, the internet was fast enough for streaming and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the garage had all of the beach gear we needed as well. We did buy a collapsible wagon to haul everything to the beach and we left it at the condo for future guests. The condo is a 5 minute drive to A-bay and walking distance from the Queens shops which was very convenient! The only issue we ran into was the people upstairs were very heavy footed and woke us up in the middle of night multiple times but I don't think that's the fault of the condo at all. Honestly we were in paradise so it wasn't the end of the world. We hope we get a chance to stay in this condo again, we really did not want to leave!

Pure relaxation

M22 is a lovely property in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The furnishings and decor are truly Hawaiian and done very tastefully. Plenty of everything you need from towels, to beach chairs, dishes, pots, pans and utensils! Also a great location, close to the pool and an easy walk to Kings or Queens Marketplace. We had an issue with the ice-maker in the refrigerator which was fixed, and Ben was very responsive to this and all of our needs. My only disappointment was that the 2 twin beds were not put together as 1, which I requested. I advised Ben upon arrival, but apparently whoever comes to take care of that was unable to do so. There are instructions on how to operate the TV, but it was still frustrating. I would like to suggest maybe the light switches be labeled as numerous switches worked the same lights. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. This condo is a great place to relax and enjoy. Very peaceful and quiet. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying it here!

The Condo and property were absolutely perfect.

Ben was a very responsive host. Condo and grounds were exactly as described. The unit is very clean, well-kept and stocked. Appliances were all in good working order and clean. The Gas grill and sink on the Lanai is a bonus, (Only used it once) but everything you would need to have a wonderful sunset dinner is there for your use. It was also a plus to have washer and dryer in the unit. Having use of the garage is also very nice as well as it is stocked with all the beach gear you may need. The facility was equally as nice. Very Quiet and secure. Management does an extremely good job with grounds, pool, hot tub, and exercise area. We found the area to be very walker friendly. We would explore a different area every morning on our walk. I would highly suggest checking out the Hilton, it's about a mile up the road. well worth the walk thru their facility. Or Sunet at A-Bay, second to none. Overall, this was a 5 star stay and to top it all off there was a Volcano eruption while we were there. Mauna Loa and Kilauea. Our stay at the Wiakoloa Beach Villas was great. The condo was very nice and we had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the market, restaurants, and shopping. The facility grounds were beautiful and well groomed. We have rented VRBOs several times over the years in many different locations and this unit was one of our top rentals.

My family stayed for a week (kids 8 and 10). Condo was clean and well-appointed. The garage had everything we needed to spend full days at the beach - coolers, toys, chairs and umbrellas. Ben provided such clear instructions on accessing the property that our arrival was seamless. He also emailed shortly after our arrival to check in and make sure the property was in good order (which it was). Will recommend this property to anyone visiting the island!

This was a wonderful place to spend some time on the Big Island of Hawai'i. Everything was "top notch". The condo was beautifully furnished with all the necessary amenities included. Loved having a garage in which to park the rental car. It is located in easy walking distance to the beach. Queens and Kings Marketplaces are right across the street or just adjacent to the property and contain numerous place to shop and different restaurants.

This condo was so well stocked, so clean, so comfortable (beds were great, bedding great, everything GREAT!) Ben was so easy to reach. Everything went off without a hitch! We come to Waikoloa frequently and this location is wonderful. Walking to both Queens' Marketplace and King's Shops, so close to A-Bay, and short drive to the two close and gorgeous beaches. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been traveling to Hawaii for years. We were married in Maui and bought our condo on the big island in 2009. Our two kids love going to Hawaii for vacations and hanging out at the beach and the pool, as well as enjoying all of the other wonderful places to see and visit on the big island.

Why they chose this property

Waikoloa Beach Villas is one of the newest properties located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The resort area includes the Hilton and the Marriott resort hotels and has many amenities nearby to enjoy. So, whether it's the beach, golf, restaurants, or shopping, hanging out by the pool, or seeing the sights of the big island, Waikoloa is a great location. The entire Kohala coast is one of the sunniest parts of island and always makes for a great getaway.

Our condo is our second home and we treat it that way - furnishing and decorating it in a way that's more comfortable and inviting then and a condo which has been purchased and set up exclusively for rentals. We want our guests to feel relaxed and enjoy our place as much as we do. We want to get to know our guests and hope that people will come back to enjoy the property.
