This is the best property our family of five had stayed in on our many travels! The hostess is gracious, prompt and just lovely! The house is charming, sweetly decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you may need. We will definitely come back to one of the properties hosted by Brandy and her family! Highly recommended

This property was very clean and comfortable. Great space for our girl trip ! Loved the black out blinds in the rooms and the white noise machines! Backyard was so cute! Brandy was great at communicating with me and quick to respond. Will definitely book this property again!!!!

We loved our stay in Charleston. The house was so cozy and charming. Location was great with good places to eat nearby and an easy walk to King Street. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely visit again.

Very cute and updated accommodations and so convenient for getting to King Street and all the places on our list. We totally enjoyed the relaxing green space back yard each morning! Beds and pillows were comfy, which isn’t always the case, so we appreciated that. Brandi replied immediately to any messages. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

This is a lovely property that has been beautifully renovated and furnished. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. The location is great. The huge issue is the lower unit has no sound insulation from the unit above. You hear every footsteps that is taken. The host is apologetic, but I was in bed laying awake until midnight listening to the people above me walk around above me. I was also woken up every day at 7 AM by footsteps above. The host provides White Noise sound machines, which is nice but it is not a solution for this problem. I would not stay here again because of this, unfortunately. If you don’t care about noise, it’s perfect if you want any peace and quiet and someone is in the unit above you, I would avoid it.

We’re sorry that sound from upstairs affected your rest. The Victoria Suite is the first floor of a historic Charleston duplex, so some upstairs footsteps and everyday city sounds can be heard. We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and provide white noise machines for added comfort. Many guests choose our downtown location for its proximity to Charleston’s wonderful restaurants and attractions. Choosing where to stay means balancing those conveniences with a preference for a quieter residential setting. This level of noise concern is unusual feedback for our property, though we recognize that it affected your experience. For future visits, guests who prioritize silence may find a detached single-family home in a residential area, such as Mount Pleasant, a better fit. We’re always happy to answer questions before booking to help guests choose the right setting for their Charleston visit.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Charleston. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, sight seeing, parking. Our host Brandy answered all of our questions beforehand and during our visit. The weather was perfect, the food wonderful and our accommodation were the BEST!!

We loved our stay in the Victoria Suite!! It was perfect for our girls weekend in Charleston. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard and we were able to walk to most places during our stay! The owners offered so many wonderful recommendations of things to do and resources to help with our stay.
