"The Beach House" consists of three beautiful apartments just steps from the beach. Designed by an architect and decorated by an interior designer, the beach house offers refined apartments for families to enjoy beautiful, peaceful holidays. We loved their "bohemian casa" spirit and "boho chic" touches. "The Beach House" features three beachfront holiday apartments: Alma, Edena, Soléa. For summer and all year round.

Edena is a two-bedroom apartment of 60m2 on the first floor. Large and spacious living room with a soft and comfortable sofa opening onto a deep terrace for a living space of 30m2. Two bedrooms with beautiful dimensions featuring Queen Size beds (160x200) for greater comfort. Beautiful wardrobes. Italian-style bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with carefully chosen materials, ceramic glass hob, refrigerator, freezer, large capacity dishwasher, oven, microwave, numerous kitchen utensils.

The beach is just steps away. You might be the first on the beach in the morning to paddle, go swimming, or the last in the evening to lounge on the beach just for yourself, as the house is right behind you, just a stone's throw away.

The apartments are brand new (2025). Granite floor coverings. Electric roller shutters. Double-glazed aluminium bay windows. Reversible air conditioning. WI-FI Internet. Private individual parking. Thermodynamic water heater. Electric car charger, collective laundry machine in the basement.



In 10 minutes, communication hub: Highway A9 exit 10 minutes away, Montpellier Mediterranean Airport, Montpellier-South of France TGV LGV Station, Montpellier TAM Tramway Line 1 access, Open-air shopping centre Odysseum, Leisure activities.

You are 20 minutes from the city of Montpellier, 40 minutes from the city of Nîmes.

The region is a wealth of identities: Aigues Mortes medieval city and its ramparts, Le Grau du Roi and the infinite Espiguette beach, Port Camargue and its marina, the first leisure port in Europe in number of boats (5000), La Grande Motte and its pyramid architecture, Palavas and its fishing port, Camargue and the Saintes Maries de la Mer are just a step away, the hinterland and its vineyards... You are in the south of France.
