To the apartment belongs a parking lot, which is located in about 150m walking distance from the apartment. In front of the bungalow can not be parked, as it is located in the apartment complex.

Hikes can be started directly from the house. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The thermal bath with sauna is about 5-10 minutes walk away.
It is also possible to use the swimming pool and sauna of the Hotel Karma Bavaria (at an additional cost). This is about 20 meters away.

In about 10 minutes you are at Spitzingsee. There you can go mountain hiking or let off steam in the well-developed ski area with more than 30 km of ski runs.
