About this property

newly equipped apartment with a magical view of the mountains

Our apartment was completed in 2011 and completely redesigned and equipped by the carpenter in August 2018. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with underfloor heating, a spacious and cozy living-dining area and a beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains.
A small garden is also available.
The decor is new and modern. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be brought along or bought on site.
The apartment is ideal for holidays in all seasons.

The Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas are nearby. In no more than 15 minutes you are in the middle of the slopes or on the cross-country ski run.
You can also make numerous day trips from Neuhaus. You can reach Salzburg, Kufstein or Munich in less than an hour.
Ski and bike rentals can be found nearby.
In the new Montemare Vital World in Schliersee you can relax with a sauna or a swim.
You can walk to the Markus Wasmeier Museum and the well-known Slyrs Whiskey Distillery.

Eine superschöne gepflegte Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen Aufteilung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist top. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und los wandern. Außerdem wird man mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Brecherspitz belohnt.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen insbesondere die geniale Idee, dass man “rundherum” laufen kann. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ob zum Rad fahren oder wandern, es kann gleich vor Ort los gehen und man braucht kein Auto. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einer traumhaft ruhigen Lage. Sie ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer, eigener Parkplatz, eine schönen Ofen der für gemütliche Abende sorgt…. Fußläufig ist eine Bäckerei mit erweitertem Angebot für den täglichen Bedarf. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind die Destillerie Slyrs und das Markus Wasmeier Freilichtmuseum zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schöne ruhige Lage in einer Siedlung. Fussläufig sind Bäcker, Bahn und Bus erreichbar. Anbindung von Bayrischzell bis München innerhalb einer Stunde. Das Auto kann getrost stehen bleiben. Großzügiger Balkon, saubere Wohnung mit einem durchdachtem Zuschnitt, der genügend Luft und Raum für zwei Personen gibt.

Das ist Urlaub!

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Schliersee

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Einzig eine große Salatschüssel haben wir vermisst. Gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Fahrten mit dem ÖPNV nach München.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung (z.B. Miele Spülmaschine). Einzig der Fön könnte ein Upgrade vertragen (es gab nur zwei Stufen: heiß und super heiß). Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet über einer Garage. Man hat dadurch eine super Privatsphäre. Wenn wir uns noch was wünschen dürften, dann wären das Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Gegend, Traumurlaub!!!

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, super sauber, ruhig gelegen und einfach nur gemütlich. Die direkte Umgebung ist wunderschön zum Wandern und für alle anderen Outdoor Aktivitäten. Wir hatten zwar richtig Glück mit dem Wetter, aber auch die beiden Regentage ließen sich gut in der Wohnung verbringen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. 1000 Dank an Familie Springer für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!
