Nice home at a great location next to downtown Sunnyvale. Home had everything we needed to work remotely, relax, and cook. Would have liked a table and chairs outside to enjoy the sunny days.
We enjoyed our stay at this Sunnyvale house. This little home had everything we needed for a few weeks. Couple little things that were missing arrived quickly once communicated to the property management team. The house was clean and equipped with most of the modern amenities.
The inside of the property was nice, having all the amenities I needed. The property had a place for parking, but may not be suitable for larger vehicles due to the maneuvering needed to pull in and out. On street parking is possible, but I never saw any open spots available at various times of the day.
Stayed here for about a week. It is a convenient location in Sunnyvale and easy to get to other parts of Silicon Valley / San Jose.Only feedback would be to do some updating furnishings (dining room table is peeling) and the technology (plasma tvs are sooooo 2005) as well as some light landscaping.The management company was wonderful to work with -- a set of batteries were dead and they promptly took care of it. Lots of linens. The water gets SCALDING hot, basically boiling, so always mix with cold water before hopping into the shower or washing handsWould stay again next time I'm in town!
This property is very clean and furnished well. It has everything we wanted (Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, large refrigerator, and stove).
I did not like the no-guests policy. I wanted to have my kid over for a few days during my stay, and the hosts wanted me to pay extra for that even though the property is advertised as for 4 people and only two us were occupying the property. I didn't like this penny-pinching attitude of the hosts.
If we rented the property, it should we ours to use as we please as long as we follow the house-rules (including the person limit).
For paying a cleaning fee when you go to a house that’s not clean is very disappointing. Their standards of what they consider clean is Subpar. As a person who travels for work every week you would never see this in a hotel.
The location was great.
There was just so many rules and emphasis on the rules that made my trip seem uncomfortable. They would not stop with all the rules and made me feel like a child.
