Nice and quiet spot.

It’s was great easy check in and out. Coffee across the walkway is really good. Awesome spot if you are going to concert or soccer games at Geodis park.

Beyoncé weekend

We booked this place for a night to get ready for a concert. The host was so nice enough to allow us to do an earlier check in since we had such a busy day ahead of us. The location was great for where we were going and it was quiet. It has this really tasty restaurant right across the sidewalk called Aloha that had good food.

Cozy Corner!

My husband and I spent the weekend here attending a two-day festival at Geodis Park. Though we weren’t up for the walk from the apartment to Geodis (30min walk), there was a paved sidewalk and clear path to the park, so it was doable if need be. We chose to drive (3min) and pay for parking ($10). The apartment was cute, clean, and spacious - I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Noisy upstairs

Close enough to downtown where it’s a short uber ride but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with noisy downtown rowdy people. Loved that the space was on the bottom floor. Hated how the upstairs was really noisy. But that was my only complaint. The vrbo was spacious, clean, and a great location. Disclaimer!! Don’t leave without memorizing the door passcode!!! It locks behind you. We got locked out! Thankfully my husband had his phone so we could contact the vrbo host! They responded within a short amount of time so we were not waiting too terribly long.

Misleading description

Saying that you can walk from here to Geodis is technically true but not something that should be promoted. If you are ok walking about two miles and on roads with ditches on each side and no sidewalks then sure. Would greatly not recommend with children or at night. Also says that it sleeps six but that means 2 on pull out couch and two on an air mattress. Sheets and a small blanket are all that is provided for the couch. Nothing for air mattress so bring your own bedding.

disappointed stay

The property was not clean. there was much dog hair on the rug in the living room. the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. We stayed for a week. Thursday- Sunday night, we hardly got any sleep as the neighbors were loud between 2-4 pm. We told the manager. he said he talked to them, but it did not improve. We even called the police, but they didn't show up. The internet connection was terrible. when watching TV, it would stop every so often, like the old internet used to be. The only good thing, was the location. I tried to offer some recompense from the manager for all the things, but he wouldn't do anything. I think the walls were very thin as even when they were going upstairs, it sounded loud.

We love Nashville, so naturally we want to share our little piece of it with others. The city is amazing and has so much to offer in addition to all of the great music and food it has plenty of culture and history, too. Outside of Nashville we love to travel and have a goal to visit every country in the world. We have a long way to go, but we are working on it one map pin at a time!

Why they chose this property

Our 1 bedroom condo is a great choice for couples or small groups. We can sleep up to 6 with a pull out sofa and sir mattress that is provided! There is a coffee shop on site if you prefer a specialty over our provided K-cups. Our modern styled home is a very easy lyft/uber to almost anywhere in town including Broadway's Honky Tonks!
