The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that all lights are turned off in the house, including outside patio lights.
Place all used towels in laundry room in basket
Put out trash/ recycle out on designated day( the night before preferably) according to schedule. Schedule is located in the garage on the wall by the trash/recycle bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please no shoes in the house. shoes must be left by front entryway at benched shoe rack or in garage by garage door.
smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas. No parties or loud noisy events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
No pets over 20pds Pets must be crated when no adults are around No Pets on furniture/beds unless pet waterproof cover is used pick up pet waste

Great house great location

Everything was great, the location was perfect close to everything that we needed. It was easy to find, very clean, had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for the kids and for the adults to have quiet time. Barbara responded quickly and communicated with us every step of the way. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting Orlando.

This property is conveniently located to Orlando and surrounding communities. The owner is very quick to respond to all questions. The home is very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice to walk around and quiet. We are so glad to have stayed here while our home was being repaired. We would recommend as a good place to stay in Central Florida.

It was a very pleasant experience. This house was very nice and clean.also the host have all kind of treats and toiletries that may me feel good.You couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood close to everything.I would stay there again n would recommend anyone . Just one thing the front door lock had issues but that’s a simple fix . Very comfortable bedding n plenty of tvs.

Great place

The house was lovely with all supplies and appliances that one would need for a great stay. We only slept and ate breakfast there because we were visiting relatives nearby. The king and queen beds were comfortable but unfortunately the bunk beds are not good for big people - mattresses thin and beds squeak when you roll over. They probably will work for small children. I was able to text with the owner with questions. We highly recommend the rental.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

Barbara has a lovely home located in a very nice neighborhood. I was in the area to visit family, so I was away from the house most of the day, but I did enjoy having my coffee on the front porch each morning and a drink on the back patio when I returned each evening. Entry was easy and there was a garage for my car. The house had everything I needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The house is located a short distance from a major grocery store and several restaurants. I would recommend Barbara's home to anyone visiting the area.

Such a great time

We truly enjoyed our visit! We stayed here over thanksgiving for a family gathering and the rooms and location accommodated us very well. The home looked exactly as pictured and was quite charming. The neighborhood was cute too and we often took walks during the day around the park close by and the home was within walking distance of a great grocery store and mini mall. Overall I was very happy. There were not a lot of extra linens, so use towels sparingly, and we could not find extra blankets, but luckily Barbara was excellent to communicate with and helped us get what was needed in a timely manner. She was very sweet and accommodating. There were 5 adults staying for the trip, but the 3rd room is filled with twin bunks which is more ideal for kids than adults, but it worked fine for us.
