Guest access:

No physical key needed - We have a smart lock front door with a unique code programmed for every guest.

Additional Info:

- Guests must be 25+ (except for children with parents)
- Maximum capacity of 14 people
- Guests are required to sign our rental agreement
- Security deposit of $500 will be held prior to arrival and auto released 3 days after check-out unless damages/violations occur
- Front cameras for security that automatically record audio and video; no cameras inside or in outdoor living areas
- No smoking anywhere on the property (including vaping); smoking fines apply
- Pets allowed (dogs only), but must be included in your reservation. Pets not allowed on furniture, must be house trained, and must be crated when left alone.
- No fires (including candles) without authorization
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages; travel insurance recommended
- No late check-out or early check-in; fees may apply
- Essentials like hand soap, toilet paper, and starter packs of coffee, tea, cream, sugar, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided
- Hot tub for guests 18 and over; alcohol and glass not allowed near hot tub
- Expect bugs and wildlife in the mountains; do not feed bears if encountered
- By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to house rules.
