Wir kennen das Haus von vorherigen Aufenthalten und wissen es zu schätzen für ein Treffen mit der Familie. Der Aufenthalt im Freien zum Grillen, die Ruhe des Standortes und die Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die für uns wichtig sind und für die Wahl entscheidend war.

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und genau für unser Familientreffen passend. Leider konnten wir nicht alle Zimmer nutzen,da bei unserer Ankunft aufgrund von nur 11 von 14 Personen ein Zimmer geschlossen wurde, eh wir die Betten aufteilen konnten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war gewöhnungsbedürftig.Unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit dort genossen.

Küche gut ausgestattet,Kommunikation hat alles geklappt (Schlüssel Übergabe), Zimmer sauber.Grill war sauber und das Pfand für Sauberen Grillrost finde ich, super. Will ja nicht vom Vorgänger noch die Grillreste haben. Vielleicht zum säubern eine neue Bürste wäre nett. Aber die verschwindet bestimmt beim nächsten Mal wieder. ;-)Parken ok. Sonne gebucht. Und sie scheint die ganze Zeit. Tolles Wochenende.

Das Ferienhaus Residenz hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Für ein großes Familientreffen oder - wie in unserem Fall - eine gemeinsame Woche alter Schulfreunde und Weggefährten bietet es einen sehr gut geeigneten Rahmen.Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, zweckmäßig und sauber. Sowohl die vielen einzelnen Zimmer mit funktional gehaltenen Bädern als auch die Gemeinschaftsräume erlauben eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit. In der Umgebung findet sich für eine Woche eine ausreichende Infrastruktur von Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Familietreffen.Wir konnten draußen Sitzen und Grillen.Allerdings musste man die Getränke und das Essen umständlich zum Grillplatz bringen.Sonst konnten wir schön gemeinsam in der großen Küche essen. Und jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer. Top.

Schöne und geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage dicht am Rennsteig, gute Ausgangsposition für kürzere oder längere Wanderungen, für das Treffen unserer 10-köpfigen Sippe (4 Familien) genau das richtige. Der große Esstisch in der gut eingerichteten Küche war der zentrale Ort für unsere geselligen Stunden und der Außenbereich bot die Möglichkeit für diverse Bewegungsspiele.

Lage ist super. Leider etwas lieblos und vor allem ungemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer (ohne Sofa, nur mit Tisch) befindet sich im Keller (mit Fenster). Abends zusammen sitzen nach einem anstrengenden Tag macht da wenig Spaß. Die Zimmer sind gehobener Jugendherbergsstil und die Bäder etwas älter - aber sauber.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Gegend lädt zum Wandern ein und der Garten mit Grill und Aussicht hat uns sehr gefallen.

Toller Ort, gutes Ferienhaus

Alles gut geklappt inkl. guter Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche (sowie Toilettenpapier, Seife, Küchenutensilien) - einzig was uns fehlte war eine wohnlandschaft (Sofa) und ein Fön ;)Richtig schöne Umgebung mit tollen Ausflugmöglichkeiten.

Es ist ein grosses Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat Bad und Dusche. 1 Manko, gemütliches Zusammensrin am Abend ist auf den hatten Stühlen nicht lange möglich.

Soweit alles supi, leider Recht wenig Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Wer mit mehr als 3 Autos kommt sollte schauen ob auf der Straße was frei ist.
