About this property

Newly renovated oceanfront condo!

We have a one bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a full kitchen and living room space as well as a private balcony with an amazing view of the ocean.
We are nestled between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach in the Arcadian Shores area and close to many Myrtle Beach attractions including: Barefoot Landing, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlets, etc.

The Unit:
The condo sleeps a max of four adults and two children. Two full beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Offers two TV’s with cable and free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Table for eating seats 2 plus the breakfast bar that seats 2 and a seating area on the balcony which also seats 2.
The full bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels.

The Resort:
The Sea Watch resort has an oceanfront restaurant, lounge, and tiki bar which is really convenient when all you want to do is spend time on the beach! There are also outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, and hottubs to enjoy. Additionally, there is an exercising facility, arcade with games, guest laundry service, coffee and ice cream shop, and mini market on site and available to guests.

Parking:

Is available free of charge and located in a covered garage on-site.

Beautiful!!!

My wife and I spent our 20 year anniversary in this beautiful condo on the ocean. Small, very homey, well kept and maintained, with a million dollar view. Wonderful stay!

The property was very clean and modern. The access was simple, just enter the code. No check in or out required. The view from the balcony was great! We enjoyed everything about staying here. We hope to figure out a way to stay at this particular condo again!
