Waterfront home in South Gulf Cove. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is on the Zephyr Waterway with deep water access and a 13ft exit bridge. Pocket sliders open the living room/dining room to the outside patio and pool area. Watch the sunset and sunrise over the waterway. There is a full boat dock with patio furniture. Enjoy fishing right in the back yard. Outside shower, outdoor lighting for the pathway, plantation shutters throughout the home and more. Home features granite countertops, solid wood/soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and an open floor plan. The den has a sleeper sofa and games for the kids. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the ensite has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 & bedroom 3 have queen size beds. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower only, no tub. Pocket sliders that open to your lanai with a heated pool & outdoor shower. Great views of the waterway.

Wonderful location. Several issues

Ant problem in kitchen . And pool was full of bugs. Waterfall and circulation turns off early. Front door alarm kept going off All night long after door was locked. Corner sliders were impossible to open and close. Ice maker was frozen over. No list of home amenities was on website. Upon check in we were never contacted by manager to see if we had any questions. Beaches were close by and beautiful!! We would come back to this home. Hopefully issues will be taken care of.

Peace, Tranquility and Rejuvenate

The house was beautiful, the location and household items were top of the line. Although surrounded by other homes, it was quiet and peaceful and tje views amazing especially that view in the morning from the master bedroom. There were only 2 small minor issues and they were addressed promptly by either Tiffany and/or Anna. We will definitely be back to this property.

Beautiful house!

The house was absolutely beautiful..my only complaint would be the gas grill. We had family over and the grill burners were rusted out. We couldn't grill the rest of the vacation. This was on the first night
