This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive home with private pool, and private dock, looks out over a saltwater canal view in South Gulf Cove. The home sleeps 6 guests in great comfort.

The spacious accommodation includes a relaxing living room and den, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, Satellite TV, French doors to the lanai area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with Satellite TV, and french doors out to the lanai area as well. The third bedroom has a full bed. Both bedroom 2 and 3 are situated next to the second bathroom which has a shower over the tub combination and a single vanity. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has satellite TV in the living room, and two of the bedrooms; telephone and internet access. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools, perfect for your morning breakfast! Also equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.

The pool has optional electric heat. The back of the house and pool area faces south east with pathway to the deck area next to the saltwater canal and dock (Please note boat lift is not operational). The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs, as well as loungers. There is also a gas barbecue grill. In the garage there is a pool table, high table and chairs which means that there is no access for vehicles. In addition, there are beach chairs/umbrella, cooler and two bicycles for guest to use.

This home is ideally situated just 15 minutes drive from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. There are public beaches within 7 miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles. Great week stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was warm and relaxing. Beds are comfy. Owners are quick to respond and tske care of any issues. Neighborhood is very quiet. We will definitely be back.

This is our second time to stay here! We love the house and pool and the canal in the back. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood n a great location. The house is clean and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!

Great home away from home!

Everything about this place was great. The location on the canal was beautiful and the pool was just what we needed to beat the heat. Close to everything we enjoy about the area. Would book again!

Great Vacation Home!

Really beautiful home. My daughter had an amazing time swimming each morning and my fiancé loved being able to slip his kayak into the waterway behind the house. We had a great vacation!
