Welcome to "Seas the Day"! This beautiful home has a sparkling heated pool and private dock with great fishing. Boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sitting on the spacious lanai. Huge 70in. TV in the living room. Large master bedroom with 58in big screen TV. 4th bedroom is a private den (no closet) with a queen size Murphy bed, desk and flat screen TV. Super fast internet. South Gulf Cove is a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, amazing beaches and shopping and lots of activities.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used towels on bathroom floor. Close all windows and doors.
Secure the house - - Make sure doors, windows are closed & locked; - AC is set to 75 degrees - TV remotes are put back next to TVs - All lights are off. - All faucets are shut off.
-BBQ is turned off and propane tank is shut off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No diving into pool to avoid injury.
Bringing a gun: Must notify owner, get owner approval before arriving. It must be stored unloaded and in secure manner such as in gun safe or lockbox.

The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the dock for fishing. It’s a quick trip to beautiful Boca Grande. We would definitely book it again.

We have stayed at thos property before and liked it so much we returned. We were able to bring our little dog with us who loved hanging out on the pool deck watching the boats go by.

This place was perfect, even though the green light on the dock wasn't working, we had an amazing time. We all enjoyed the pool, fishing and the beaches are really close! We would definitely stay again!!

Another nice stay!

Property just as nice as last Spring when we stayed! Dawn was great! We were in Florida during Milton, and she kept me updated on the property, a pleasure to work with!! The home's location is great, a few minutes to shopping, and we loved the dock-spotted some small gators!

Beautiful Home

This is our third visit to this property the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The nearby grocery store and beaches are easily accessible. We love just relaxing by the pool and going down to Farlows on the water for a delicious lunch. Can’t wait to book our next getaway.

Paradise

This is our third time staying at this property, we love the quiet neighborhood it is so peaceful. The pool is beautiful it is also heated for winter months. We were able to visit Boca Grande as it is close by, we ate lunch at Keylime Bistro and had a slice of their famous Key Lime Pie! We also found a place nearby called Farlows the food and atmosphere were wonderful. If you’re thinking about renting this property you won’t be sorry the owners have the place decorated so nice and they excel in communication. Looking forward to the next time!

We were looking for a quick getaway not too far from home, this place was everything we wanted and more. From the easy check in to the cleanliness of the property and the great communication from the owners we had such an enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the dock is so nice. We will definitely visit this property again.

Everything was positive!

The house was clean, the pool was clean, and perfect temperature, guessing around 83 when we arrived. The last few days were very sunny and hot days, and the pool temperature got up to maybe 88 during the day; around 85 in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The half bath by the pool is air conditioned, which was very nice. Rick and Dawn responded quickly to all messages. If we go back to the area, quite possible, we will certainly look to stay here again. If you need a house with four bedrooms, this is a great place to stay. All six in our group, ages 13-93, enjoyed the house.

Simply put, this place is magical! Spacious, well-appointed house with a pool just steps away, and a dock overlooking all sorts of wildlife in the back. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful - we are eager to return!

We always wanted to have a place on the water where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine with family and friends. This home has it all. Beautiful sunrises, morning swims and afternoon fishing on the dock while taking in the beauty of the area. If you want to see the most spectacular sunset take a short drive to Boca Grande Island.

What makes this property unique

Sunrises on the dock, morning walks while being in the middle of a bird preserve, spotting fish at night with the fish light. Nice peaceful neighborhood that's close to so many attractions and activities.
