Loved the house and pool area. Perfect size for our family get away and with 4 King Size bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room. We will book next time we are in Englewood area.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house was very clean, the pool and hot tub were beautiful, and Chris was a great host. I would highly recommend this home, and if we vacation in Florida in the future, this house is our first choice!

Thank you Chris!! I had a good time at this house! It was a birthday kinda few days away from routine of life. It was my 2nd time in the gulf cove area, there is a very cool cape haze linear park only 5 min away and there are great restaurants too. I really liked the pool it was a sweet & good stay for sure. God bless you.

Very clean house. The pool is amazing. The AC is great. Well stocked kitchen and bar area. Would suggest a cooler available for guests that fly to the area. Would like to return.

The property was above and beyond our expectations. The outdoor features were truly amazing. We would have been happy to just stay at the house and enjoy the pool/spa all week. Great location with a lot of fun things to do near by. Not far from beautiful beaches. Would definitely rent again!

Brennan wedding

The property was beautiful. Had plenty of room for everyone. We were visiting from out of town for our daughters wedding. The house had all the amenities we needed and Chris was super responsive to any request we needed. The outdoor pool area was great to use in the evening. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we would need. I highly recommend staying here .

Very Nice Property

This is a very good clean, spacious and well equipped villa. The location is good with easy access to nearby Gasparilla Island and excellent beaches. The villa was very clean and has an excellent pool and lanai area.We only have one reservation - the pictures of the area to the rear of the villa are no longer accurate - the screen of vegetation has been cut down and there is newly built villa pretty close by overlooking the pool. This wasn’t a practical issue for us as this villa was unoccupied but it might be for other renters in the future.

Great villa, and well equipped!

We loved this villa!Chris was great and prompt when we had an issue with the aircon. The kitchen was very well equipped and we even could do our traditional roast :-)Pool sadly did go quite cold as we had so much rain, but that aside, the pool was perfect as it didnt go very deep...great for my mum who isnt a confident swimmer.Area is our favourite, and visit there pretty much every other year.The last review mentioned the newly built villa. Yes its really close but we saw a potential buyer who was measuring it up for fencing so that will retain the privacy of the lanai area.To note on the villa, that isn't in the description...They have camera's that record on the outside of the villa, for insurance purposes.There is no access to the garage so our cars got really hot unfortunately, despite the rain!....but to be fair, these are not complaints, just something we were not aware of until the final payment was made.If you are ok with the above two points, I would definitely recommend this villa both for the villa itself, the facilities provided, and for Chris the manager of the property. Go for it!!
