Couple week vacation to area.. lots quiet rest. Home and location perfect for just that! Home very clean and equipped with all you will need. Pool AMAZING! Safe and quiet area, great location to beaches, food, kayaking etc. Great communication w host for entry. King bed comfy. Perfect vaca!

Awesome! This place is amazing! Super clean and has everything you need for a chill vacation. The location is perfect, super close to the beaches. The pool area is just fantastic. Plus, the host was super easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend it!

Very Quiet and Relaxing

Quiet neighborhood, very clean, spacious. Matt was very easy and quick with communications. Loved this house and it's location. Will definitely be back!

Great home! Quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time in the area. Beaches were so nice, just a short drive. The pool was a great also, maybe could of been a tad warmer.We would plan this home and area again.Very quiet neighborhood, maybe because of a few empty homes close by. Absolutely amazing!!! We don’t have a single bad thing to say about our stay there. The house was beautiful and clean! The house was stocked with anything and everything you may need while you are there. You can’t beat the pool area - it’s beautiful and peaceful out there! Matt is very great and fast with his communication! I would highly recommend it!!

Wonderful

Well appointed and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Matt was very quick to respond and assist. My husband and I enjoyed staying at his house and will definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity. We are happy to recommend this great house to others. For those with children and/or pets - the house has a pool and fence.

Excellent Getaway!

My wife and I stayed with our two young children, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We previously lived in the area and wanted to be close to Boca, but not too far away from the restaurants in North Port, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda. The house is gorgeous, and the pool was amazing! The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Matt, the property owner, was very communicative if you needed anything, and informative should there be any onsite appointments such as pool cleanings, lawn care, etc. Our family had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend!
