The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 55” smart HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a soaking tub and separate Roman shower.

Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 2 lounge chairs next to your 14 x 28 foot sparkling private heated pool while you enjoy the beauty of the golf course, Also located on the lanai are a BBQ grill, a dining set with seating for 6 and a seperate table and chairs for 2, there is NO TV. A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course, and talking about golf course, you are on the 1st and 10th hole


Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the filtered coffemaker on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, ample cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. There is a breakfast nook that seats 4. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board and an attached converted Garage storage with 2 bikes and various beach stuff, there is NO room for a car in the garage but there is room on the drive for 4 cars.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 3 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 6 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
