This newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 Bathroom Townhouse if located in the gated resort community Emerald Island. The property is just minutes away from Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (US192) which is just minutes away from water parks, dining and other attractions. The guard at the main gate will provide details on the location of your villa. Once you arrive you will find a Townhouse located on a corner lot that is beautifully renovated and contains all the modern amenities you would need for an enjoyable stay. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Total of 2 bedroom featuring queen beds and en suite bathrooms. There is also a 3rd bedroom that features a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart tv. Downstairs you will find a living area with smart tv, couch, kitchen and dining area.

Great location let down by poor communication

Amazing property with everything you need and well situated near the 192 for those wanting to not stay in park resorts. Took an age to get into the property as at first wasn’t ready then check in instructions not clear as keypad entry not key although key box right next to door. Few questions raised to host went unanswered such as recycling etc which a shame as again the property itself was perfect for me and two kids to use as a base for busy days at the parks

The property was nice. The only downside is the lack of availability when trying to reach the host. The property is beautiful and the pool is right there just hoped for better communication.

We were under the impression that there was 1 private pool and 1 community pool because that is what it says on the listing and in the search filter but came to see that both community pools are private. For personal reasons, I needed & wanted more privacy to have a totally private pool so the entire weekend was very disappointing and we felt it was dishonest to claim that the pool right outside was "private." Also, there were no additional trash bags except the one already in the trash, no dish soap, no laundry detergent - we had to buy all this on our own once we arrived. Then in the kids room the overhead light didn't work and there was no remote for the tv so we had to share remotes between tvs in each room. In the other room, the fan remote wouldn't work to turn on and off the light. So you could use the fan or the light but not both. I would recommend adding a cutting board as well because we struggled to chop veggies. We enjoyed the resort amenities but would not be able to recommend this place to any of our friends. We did appreciate the owner bringing someone by ASAP to help with the washer because the washer didn't work when we arrived. Please note you'll need to pay $20 nonrefundable resort fee upon entry. rtG I waited to connect with the host before leaving a response but he never responded to my message with this exact information above. Would not recommend. Resort was called "emerald island resort" and it was very nice.

Great Location

When we first arrived there was a miscommunication between the owner and manager but that was quickly resolved. The manager was very responsive. The condo was clean. It was an end unit and steps away from the pool. It is close to the attractions but in a much quieter neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Overall the trip was good and the property was nice for the price we paid. It was difficult to get check-in information from host. I am guessing the original info ended up with my junk email, but it took several requests to finally get the info since the original email couldn’t be found. There was no info in the property from the host except a poor map, not even instructions for check out. There were obvious updates to the property with a new fridge, paint, nice upstairs bathrooms and upstairs flooring. Unfortunately where the tile remained, the area by the tile/baseboards was in desperate need of a cleaning. I think the carpet on the stairs was new but it needed a good vacuuming. Please check to make sure the metal on the master shower outer door that was already damaged isn’t sharp. I wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt.

Great location and amenities

The property is located in a gated community - it was close to the Disney parks (avg 30 minute drive with traffic) and near many grocery stores and restaurants. The property itself is very well maintained - there were landscapers outside every morning cleaning leaves from the path, around the pool, etc. There is a community pool steps from this house. You can walk to it in less than 100 steps. If you want mini golf, a gym, tiki bar, and many other amenities, you can drive to the main clubhouse (3 minute drive). Communication with the owner was good. He was fast with responses. There was zero instructions on how to check in. Here are the instructions I would provide to future guests: drive to the main entrance and inform the guard that you are staying at (provide address). You must provide a photo ID and then will be let into the facility. You have to go into the clubhouse and pay a fee per vehicle to access the property. This fee was never disclosed - so please be aware you will have to pay this in addition to the VRBO fees. You will get a sheet with a QR code - this will be used to enter the 2 gates to access the house. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable, but we needed to purchase additional pillows since the ones provided were so thin it hurt our necks. Stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. One ceiling fan didn't work. In summary, we would stay here again. We felt safe and could get everywhere we needed within 30 mins or less.

Convenient place to stay

Fantastic location, close to shops and Margaritaville. House itself is right next to resort pool which looked like it was heated (we didn’t use it as weather wasn’t great during our stay). House floors were very dusty and dirty in places on check in. We had to clean ourselves. Overall decor and furniture all appeared to be new and very comfortable. Washing machine flooded upon first use and dryer wasn’t working. Called property maintenance and washing machine was fixed the same day and a new dryer was delivered the next day. Shower heads were full of limescale which made showering difficult having to adjust the flow to try and get a good shower, please replace or descale these for future guests. Otherwise everything else was great and the house was a good base for our stay in Orlando.

Week Stay for basketball

Condo was super clean. Excellent space. Loved the kitchen. Walmart and Public within 5-7 min. My teenagers really lived the pool directly out our patio door. Nice to have 2+ bathrooms!! Washer dryer was great. Owner forgot to send check in directions, so that was a hassle. VRBO called him directly and helped though. My calls weren’t going through he said. Tip: you need card from clubhouse up the road before you can enter the home area. Didn’t know this. Felt very safe though. Gated community with key access.

Great location if visiting the Disney Parks!

Check in process was quick and easy. The condo was very nice and very close to the pool. The Disney parks were a short 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt just like home

Our stay was great. It felt just like home. Loved the simple check in process which was contact free. This property is located about 10-15mins away from DisneyWorld depending on traffic. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again if we make it back out to Florida.

Great Location - very clean

This unit is a short drive to all things Disney. The townhouse is in a gated community, with the pool literally outside your back door. There is plenty of seating around the pool. The residents are friendly and the area well maintained. Property management responded quickly to any concerns. The furnishings are new and comfortable. Nearby there are multiple grocery drug stores and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Would absolutely recommend.

Winter Break

The resort is very nice, beautiful entrance and pretty landscaping. The townhouse is as it appears. New furniture and clean. The only complaint is the carpet on the stairs is stained and worn. It needs to be replaced. The rest of the floors are just fine, LVP and tile. We were visiting Universal Studios and it did take about an hour to get to the parks (and to return to the townhouse). The community pool is right behind the townhouse, very convenient. Clean, quiet, area, gated community. We felt very safe walking our dog at night.

We enjoyed our stay and this property was very clean and nicely decorated just as pictured.

Phillip was so helpful with making the renting process smooth for us. He also was very responsive to our questions and the beautiful townhome was fully stocked with everything one needs ( e.g. TVs in each room, fast wifi and stocked kitchen with dishes, pans , etc.). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this great property with all the great amenities (e.g; heated pools, kids activities, etc.)!

Great property and great communication

My family of 6 stayed here for nearly 3 weeks and it was wonderful. Great property with amazing internet access (4 teenagers, so you can imagine how much that helped). The property owner was really easy to deal with and the area is quiet and beautiful. There is a swimming pool right out the back door that is really convenient. Highly recommend this place!
