Perfect layout

The house has everything you need. Tv’s in every bedroom and garage. 2 bedrooms have 4 piece ensuites, and a third 4 piece bathroom. The resort was quiet and clean and had quite a bit to offer. Tiki bar wasn’t open doing some reno’s. Should be open by May.

Super Stay

The ease that Paul, the property owner and Terre Verde the resort that the property is in made our stay was incredible. My son has a house in Terre Verde so we were familiar with the property, VRBO and Paul made staying in his house simple. The central location of Terre Verde makes going anywhere in the Orlando area simple and if you choose to stay in the resort there’s more than enough to do. Paul’s house is incredible and when the need arises, when my sons baby arrives, we’ll be reaching out to lease the property again!!u

Nice home

Enjoyed our stay and everything was as pictured. Kitchen supplies are very limited so it took a while to cook being that it was only one medium size skillet. Also everything in Orlando took us a hour or more to get to. You do have to purchase a $20 gate key once you arrive and the clubhouse pool closes at 530 daily so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but it looked very nice and clean . Overall we enjoyed the house very much.
