Summer Getaway 2025

Thomas was an amazing host. He was quick to respond and made sure all of our needs during our stay were met. We loved having our own space and having three bathrooms was wonderful. Great relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay! This location is simply fantastic for visiting the parks. The house has a fun pool with multi levels that the kids just loved. The house is clean and well maintained and the beds are comfortable. Super fun garage/game room for the kids too! We would definitely look into renting this house again and Thomas was easy to communicate with as well!

We rented for our stay in Disney. It was within 18 minutes of every Disney park. We felt very safe with our young kids and had plenty of entertainment space for family. The check in/out process was simple and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating to our pup also.

You feel more than safe when you pull up to the gated community. It is a beautiful and quiet area with beautiful views. Walk out front door in morning and sunrise on pond is amazing!!!! The home is more than ready for a nice family to come and stay! Beautiful inside and out! We had a nice and relaxing stay Thank you!

Wonderful winter 2021/2022

Clean and relaxing

Thomas was an excellent host! He made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with. The home was very clean, well-organized and smelled amazing! This subdivision is gated, nicely kept and felt very safe. The drive to Disney parks took 10-20 minutes and there were a ton of dining and shopping options in the immediate area. I highly recommend this listing!!

Needs minor tweaks.

The house was nice, clean, and affordable for a weeks stay. Here are some things that could be improved for an optimal experience; Hand soap in the bathrooms. More bathing linens. Slow drains in the shared bathroom and master bath. Tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. Smoke detector beeped at night 2 consecutive nights. We changed the batteries.Otherwise, great experience.

Happy with stay - the only thing, I wish there was a tv in the kids room. The dryer needed repair but I completely understand that the unexpected happens - some things are completely out f our control but other than that, it was a pleasure to stay at this home. Very local to everything!!! We UBERed to the parks! My son LOVED the swimming pool and he has a new love of darts and shooting pool!! Thank you Thomas!!

Nice and roomy

Location and property were very nice. The pool was not heated which would have made things much more enjoyable especially for the children. I would suggest charging a bit more and supplying dishwasher detergent, paper towel, garbage bags and those necessities. It makes it difficult for those of us that have a tight schedule and have to shop for those things when we get there, and to purchase a large quantity just to leave there . I would expect that those things would be included in the rental. I would also invest in some comfortable pillows. With that being said ,I would still recommend this property.

Last Minute Getaway

We decided on a Sunday afternoon to book this property for a check-in date on Monday. Thomas was great with communication and the home was clean and ready the next day when we arrived. This trip was a getaway for my young daughter's birthday. Our group included our little family of three as well as our four legged family members. One really wonderful surprise was walking in to find a welcome basket full of goodies for both my child and us adults. It was very much unexpected but super appreciated after our long trip. We spent the week swimming, fishing, and playing at the park. The majority of our meals were cooked right in the kitchen. We also appreciated being able to do laundry as needed. The house had everything we needed. This was not our first time in this neighborhood but we want to share what a convenient location it is. It is within 5-15 minutes of anything you may need. From restaurants, grocery stores, all the way to theme parks. Thanks Thomas for helping us make lifelong memories with my daughter!
