Christmas at Disney

This property was everything we were looking for. Comfortable, clean and convenient to Disney World. The host was very quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again for our next trip.

Great townhouse close to Disney

Fantastic townhouse perfect for a family stay when visiting Disney. The house had everything you could want, comfy living, 3 en-suite bedrooms and your own pool. Around 10-15 mins drive from the theme parks. We had such a great start would definitely stay again. Thanks so much what a gem!!

Great holiday!

We stayed here for 22 nights and had an awesome time! The house was very clean and specious with all the amenities you need for a holiday. Only two minute walk to the main pool and club house. I saw that some people complained about the pool at the house, but we found it to be clean and the pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. Our kids had a blast! This is our second time at Windsor Hills and would definitely rent this house again if we are coming back.

Short Stay

We have been coming to Windsor Hills Resort for over a decade and it never disappoints! The resort is very secure, and the gate and townhouse check-in processes were quick and easy. The community pool and clubhouse are great. We had just finished a week long stay with our family in one of the houses at the resort and decided to stay a couple more days by ourselves in a townhouse. We enjoyed the small, but comfortable private townhouse pool! The townhouse was a little dated and the dishwasher was out of order; however, that did not negatively affect our short stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was okay, but not super comfortable. There was a new washer and dryer that worked great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Review

The house was very clean and had plenty of lines and towels. Location was great close to clubhouse. The only complaint I have is the pool heat was not working. We paid for pool heat and it is broken. We traveled with a 5 year old and 2 year old so we were really looking forward to a pool at our house and it was too cold to even swim in.

Unit is for sale, owner not interested in preventative maintenance, false listing re “heated pool”.

Interior of the unit was as listed. However pool and deck area were filthy - pool had to be cleaned 3 times and deck area pressure washed before it was useable.Owner listed pool as “heated” (no additional cost was mentioned, he has since changed the listing) . Maintenance staff advised us the owner was aware pool heater had been broken for months. Do not book if you want a clean heated pool.

Should have told us!

They were painting the whole time we was there. This made it impossible to park in spot or use pool. It was rude to wake up with men at the window. Scared my daughter a few times. Would have it stayed here if I knew this!!!! Tv had to be reset but this didn’t happen until 3 days after asked for help. Beds are old IKEA frames and the ones in the kids room is broken. Told own about this as well!! Front gate is difficult always a line to get into the place. Okay location and common areas. We spent 11 nights here.

We had an awesome stay here. The location in the complex is perfect—5 minute walk from both clubhouse and playground. Both of which were fantastic. We enjoyed the little store in the clubhouse that blew up our floatie we purchased. Our kids loved the water slides and big pool. The playground is well maintained and a cool morning spot. The townhouse itself was clean and the private pool was a godsend for the hot days of June. There is a closet downstairs that has extra things, presumably left by previous guests, like strollers and various supplies. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we were there but it’s vacation so we used paper plates anyway. The pool fence and gate worked great—I felt very at ease with 3 little kids. This was a big concern for me when looking at possible stays. Proximity to the Disney parks was top tier—easy drive to each one. Security at the gate was super friendly and easy and the pool maintenance men were also. Totally recommend this place to everyone.

The attached house was 10 min. to Disneyworld, 40 min. to Universal Studios and 25 minutes to Discovery Cove - but heavy traffic often made the trips longer. Because the houses are all attached to their neighbors, sometimes the thin walls between houses were a problem. We had hoped the pool would be heated so we could use it but it wasn't. (And the toaster had broken heating coils so the toast was only toasted on one side.)

Beware Unit is for sale, owner is not proactive with maintenance.

Interior of the unit was as expected. Our issue was the pool and patio area. Owner listed property to include “heated splash pool”. When our family arrived, the pool and deck area were filthy, and required 3 cleanings by the maintenance staff and a new filter. The pool heater wasn’t working and was not repaired during our 14 day stay. When we contacted the owner, his response is that we didn’t pay for a heated pool, even though his amenities included “heated splash pool”. Vacationing for 14 days, with 2 young children, without the use of the pool in December, was extremely inconvenient.

I loved staying at this condo. It was the cleanest VRBO condo I have ever stayed in. It was spacious and in an excellent location. It was easy to check in at the gate and I had no problem with the code at the door. I would definitely stay here again. It was lovely and comfortable.

Vrbo no merci

Pour la 1ere fois que nous avons affaire avec Vrbo. A notre arrivé, il avait pas d'électricité le responsable qu il naurait d'électricité au moin 3 jours et plus. On a senti en aucun temps un soutien de VRBO. Oui on a eu un remboursements nous venons du quebec et nous etions a Orlando avec une famille qui avait pas de place reste.

Nice stay, but watch out for hidden fees

The place was great for the price and we loved the private plunge pool! Upon check in, we were disappointed to read about extra charges for things like using the toilet paper! Since we were required to run the dish washer and start a load of towels in the washing machine, I feel like the detergent shouldn’t be charged to us upon check out. Toilet paper is a necessity and I’ve never experienced being charged for that. We went to the store to buy toilet paper to avoid charges. I’m not even sure what the charges would have been since the book only said there would be a charge. Reading about three hidden fees after checking in really put a negative feel to our experience right from the start. I also thought that it was odd I would be expected to pay a $300 deposit after paying for insurance. Now I understand that the deposit is likely to cover “extras” such as toilet paper. If not for these extra hidden charges being a surprise at checkin, I would have had no complaints at all. The place is great.

Verwohntes Haus

Bei Ankunft, war das Haus nicht gereinigt und die Betten waren nicht bezogen. Auch die Schmutzige Bettwäsche lag noch im Haus am Boden. Bäder waren nicht gereinigt und das ganze Haus ist sehr verwohnt. Möbel sind in keinem guten Zustand.Der Pool war sehr schmutzig, sodass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr schmutzig.

Nice property -- But some inconsistencies

Great place. The property manager was quick to connect before check-in, but then didn't answer any more via VRBO inbox. No cleaning supplies in the house whatsoever, and check-out instructions were to start towels and clean dishes. We had to buy laundry detergent and DW soap. House pool had no heat. The property itself was great.

This place is nice. I wouldn't rent of of Hershel again. We paid for pool heat on Sept. 28th. We arrived on Jan.3rd, My husband called about the pool heat not being on. Hershel told husband that the heater needed to be fix. Two different pool men told us that the pool heater needed to be replace and the owned new that for months. The pool man send him a quote for a heater and he didn't OK for the replacement We rented for 38 days. My husband texed him quite a few times about the heater and he never responed. Hershel new if he told us about the pool heater we would of went someplace else. STAY AWAY!!!

Great Stay! Safe Neighborhood!

We had a great stay at your spacious townhouse! It was more than we needed but a great price. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was just my husband and myself but this place would have been perfect for a family with children. Very close to all the attractions. And, conveniences just down the road…like Walmart and restaurants. We recommend highly! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect family stay

Everything we needed and more for our stay in Kissimmee. Check in was easy and all instructions easy to follow. Property was a great size for a family of 4 and the little pool perfect for those morning dips before heading out. Windsor hills is ideally placed for all the parks etc. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all round

We keep coming back to sunny Orlando for family vacations. We used to stay at expensive hotel resorts such as Hyatt Grand Cypress and Hilton Bonnet Creek. However during our last vacation, we stayed at a Windsor Hills TownHome for an entire week and loved it so much that we ended up buying one for ourselves!

What makes this property unique
