Villa is located in an olive tree field in small village Povlja, surrounded only by nature and lovely forest, situated on the east coast of the island of Brač, 100m far from sea. Modernly equipped, built in 2021, feature 3 bedrooms (16 m2) (each has its own TV and air conditioning) with three luxury toilets (6 m2) featuring walk-in showers and one additional bath (9m2) Outside is a swimming pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, large fireplace for grilling and relaxing in lovely view. Central sea promenade with restaurants, bars and shops is only 300m far from villa.
