Well-decorated and maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (and backup large pot coffee maker), blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, wi-fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are provided for days at the village pool or the beach. This home can also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen and high chair for families with very young children if requested in advance (no additional charge).

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.) There are also several board games and puzzles to enjoy.

In addition to the living and dining area (seats 6), the home has a large screened lanai in back, and is enclosed with a brick wall and tall privacy fences.

Rentals are 21-days or longer with few exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.

Great time

We enjoyed our month at this location. Everything was as described and the owners responded immediately to questions and concerns. This was a convenient and friendly location. My only wish was that it was available for next year.

Perfect winter getaway

Our stay in the Villages at this beautiful home could not have been better. The house was just perfect and met all of our needs. Beautifully decorated and spotless. The neighborhood was very friendly and gorgeous. We were so impressed with the whole Village area! Beautiful walking and biking paths, and a great golf cart to add to the fun. Golfing was so fun and the entertainment in the squares with live music every night topped off our fun filled days. Relaxing by the adult pool just 2 minutes away sealed the deal! There is also a really beautiful family pool and restaurant only 5 minutes by golf cart. We will be back for sure next year!

Great place to stay

It’s a very nice place and a good location. We were able to check in early and that was a very smooth process. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed there. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.
