Booked at the last minute for a bass tournament. We had one little hiccup but nothing major and communication was on point. The neighbor felt super safe and was easy to get in and out. The only con for us was all the beds were very firm. None of us are firm bed people. Overall our stay was very very nice, quiet, convenient, and comfortable!
Very Clean Good Neighborhood Tv Channels Extremely Limited Water Filter Still Not Changed
Very clean home, seems fairly new. Nice neighborhood. No hand soap in master bath, no dishwasher detergent, fridge water filter still not changed (previous review), hardly any tv channels to watch. The owners were nice but hard to reach with questions. You also can’t wear shoes in the house which makes it somewhat difficult if you have planter favi

The Villages home review
This was a lovely property. The best part by far is the porch that overlooks a golf hole.
A few pieces of feedback for the property owner. Because renters will likely choose to rent here for a longer duration of time you may want to consider the following updates/upgrades:
- Update cable TV package beyond basic cable or advise renters that they will need a streaming service such as a Roku. We had to purchase and setup a Roku.
- 1 or 2 non stick fry pans
- Non breakable cups/glasses
- Change water/ice filter in refrigerator or reset the settings - flashed that it needs to be replaced the whole time
- A few blankets for the bedrooms in addition to bedding
- Have the renters guest passes ready and waiting for them in the home so they don't need to chase them down.
- Provide the renters some information about The Villages. Often VRBO's have a nice little welcome binder or folder with information about the renter's stay and the area. Because The Villages is SO big it would be nice for you to provide a map and some basic information about The Villages for your renters that aren't familiar with the area. This should include a garage code, keypad code, how the gates work, direction on garbage/recycling days, wifi code, check out information, etc.
Overall my parents really enjoyed their stay and the house was beautiful, clean and in a great location!
