Luxury is NOT the word to describe this dated, poorly maintained property. If the hosts were not falsely advertising this place as luxury, I would have given it a better review. Broken bathroom window with nothing covering it, 4 pieces of silverware thrown in a drawer (you’ll have to buy plastic utensils if more than 1 person wants to eat). Trash in the yard, dirty pans left in the dishwasher, broken drawers, loose fixtures, a stick holding the side gate closed, only 4 ratty towels, no lights in the outdoor area so cook before the sun goes down. It’s a very misrepresented property and dishonesty bothers me.

Good value in Irving

An older house with recent renovations, this was a good fit for a short family trip. Host was communicative, including providing prompt maintenance for something discovered on arrival. Would consider staying here again if in the area.

Comfortable house

There's not much to the neighborhood, but it is centrally located. The house was very comfortable and as described. We were in town to view the eclipse, so this property's large back yard was a great feature. Thumbs up!

Thanksgiving day stay 2023

me and my hubby got to Dallas around 11pm. Great location to everything, Dallas AT&T Stadium and airport. i never go the code and it was difficult reaching the owner. I had to get VRBO help involved. finally we got the code and was pleased about the space and set up. if my other family had come we would have had a ball. If we come back to Dallas i will book again

Our 1st trip to texas

House was clean and as described. Older home with updates... has a big yard with 2 different shaded areas and a picnic table. Garage is in the backyard as well it was great for a chilly night... open up the door and hang out there is a couch and chair. Inside is great with seating area and dining table. We didn't use the kitchen but appliances looked new. Communication with host was great always ready and available. Neighborhood was quite.
